Sweet Block — Restaurant in Maryland

This place is amazing! Every time I'm in the area I stop to get a limonada de coco for the long drive home. It's so good. Perfectly balanced flavors: not too sweet, not too tart. I highly recommend it.

This shop is a jem. Small space but with cute decor. The staff is super friendly and very clean, they put on new gloves after touching cash. Love that level of cleanliness. No room to dine in but there are a few stools to sit on while waiting and maybe snap a cute pic in front of their faux plant wall.

I'll certainly be going back to try something new. Everything on the menu...

This is the second time I stop by and I tried giving them a second chance but off the bat the customer service was terrible. The young girl with glasses needs to be more welcoming. Customer service could definitely improve. As for the food, we got a mangonada which was great and cucumber shots were good as well. Menu looks great! I tried the Mangonada which had some hot sauce to it and the Cucumber Shots in the pineapple.. they were great but personally not worth the drive to Silver Spring. If you’re in the area it’s a nice summer spot to stop by. Long wait since the cashier is also the person or at least that was the case when I went by. 3 stools available to wait on. Super nice...
