Tequila Grill & Cantina — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered a Muy Bueno Burger w/lettuce, tomato, and jalapenos. There was nothing "very good" about this burger. If I'm paying for the meal, then shouldn't I get the food how I want it? I received a burger (tasted frozen, not fresh) with a LOT of mayo and mushy tomatoes, and on the side, a tray of lettuce and avocado. I also ordered hot wings ("never frozen"), which implies that the meat would be tender and juicy. The chicken wasn't spicy hot, and it was dry and rubbery. I wasted $27.30 on this meal. It was horrible and I will never go back to Tequila Grill, because a burger w/dry and tasteless waffle fries, and dry chicken that needed some hot sauce to even taste hot wasn't worth me not standing over a hot stove in my own kitchen making the same meal. I only wish I had stuck with my instincts not to eat here and make my own food at home with fresh ingredients and a whole lot more taste! If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would...

This place is terrible! It was empty and it still took over 5 minutes for chips and drinks. We places our appetizer order. In the menu it states it comes with nacho cheese, however when i came out it didnt have it and when we asked our server for it he said it didnt exist. we then placed our entree order. i ordered the "Quesadilla Tinga Special." it states "our house chipotle marinated & shredded chicken breast, served with lettuce, guacamole and sour cream." when i got it, there was potatoes in it. i simply asked for them to remove the potatoes, he didnt understand so he brought over the manager. finally they understand my order, or so i thought. my new quesadilla had sliced chicken breast and shrimp. no cheese , not chipotle chicken. i brought the manager over again and he stated that he couldnt complete my request. so i cancelled my order. will never come here again. worst...

We use to come here weekly for the last 4 years. Today was the worst experience EVER!!!! And will be the last . I'm done. The table wait was 30 minutes. The table wasn't clean when she sat us here. I had to ask the chip person to please wipe the table off first. The server Gerry took 10 minutes to get my drink order. Then when my guest arrived to order their drink he asked for id and when my guest stated I'm older than you....(age53) while reaching for his wallet Gerry got an attitude and walked away......Management had to get his drink order. Our food....cheese dip was watered down.... texas fajatis meat dried out veggies raw. The request was for well done veggies. Drinks completely watered down.... i know i could never bring any business clients here for a meeting due to UNPROFESSIONAL services . I will be contacting the Better...
