Wendy's — Restaurant in Maryland

I've consistently recieved poor service from this Wendy's. Especially during breakfast.

Today we went in for an egg and cheese biscuit combo with a side of large fries.

First we didn't receive our fry and the egg biscuit was obviously old. My husband goes in to correct our order and management takes my perfectly good order of potato wedges , throws them away, then tells my husband that my egg is fine.

When I go back in to further explain how I'd prefer a fresh egg and cheese biscuit vs one that was cold. I'm told they're finished serving breakfast an have "no more eggs". At this point I just wanted a refund for the sandwhich. Which i did recieve with little to no hassle.

After the refund of my egg biscuit we still,didnt recieve our original missing fry or the thrown away potato wedges. So,my husband goes in again and finally gets our missing items after another 10 mins.

The Potato wedges were fine but the fries were cold and soggy. At this point we were just tired of the mistakes and left.

It had been nearly 6 months since i came back to this Wendy's before this visit because of a previous bad experience. Where myself and 2 other customers were ignored for 10 mins then told they weren't serving breakfast at 5:30 am . When signs all around Loves say available from 4 am. This was a totally different management team btw .

It seems like this particular location just has a serious issue with poor service all around.

Hideous service!

Usually I’m very happy with service in Wendy’s. I really like the grilled chicken sandwich. However, the establishment in Hagerstown, MD left nothing but bitter impression. Horribly slow service. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich meal for myself and hamburger meal for my husband. First I had to wait for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Then girl finally came over and I placed my order, I had to wait 15 (!!) minutes for any part of that order to appear (which were the drinks that were ordered)! Two people who placed their orders after me got their food first!

Staff was slow, some kid named Jacob and the girl (she didn’t have name tag on so I have no clue what her name was) gave me an attitude when I finally lost my patience and inquired how much longer I had to wait for my order. The whole crew in that establishment was slow paced, manager included. I worked in fast food place, and no way in Hell would we serve customers like that! Not to mention that my order was served to me in parts, and I had to repeat twice that it was two meals meaning they were forgetting the fries. There were at least 5 people waiting for their meal in line when I left with their food nowhere on the horizon of being ready!

Basically, manager has no clue what he’s doing, the remaining two employees moved at pace of a snail with the snooty attitude to top it off. If you can’t move quick in fast food environment, get...

So I’ve gotten food from this Wendy’s multiple times in the past and for the most part the food and my overall experience has been pretty good but today I was served food that shouldn’t be given to a dog let alone alone a person.

I had got a spicy chicken sandwich and fries that shouldn’t been to much for them to handle but I had wanted everything fresh as well I even had the person taking my order go and ask the people making everything to make it all fresh

That request must have upset them because my fries had taste like they took old fries and put it back in the grease to fry a little bit longer plus they were stale and my sandwich was barely cooked and they slapped so much mayonnaise on it I could only eat a few bites then the rest went in the trash

I would have took the time to make sure everything was good but I’m a truck driver so I was just passing through it’s a good thing I was already gone by time I noticed cus I would have did more then ask for a refund

I don’t know if the staff was having a off night or they have a change in management but this experience has turned me off with this place I probably won’t eat at this Wendy’s again y’all beware and check your food before you leave not only that watch out because regular staff and people in the kitchen was touching their phones and handling money without washing their hands or...
