This past Sunday evening, my wife and I decided to check out Liquid Noise Brewing Company, and I have to say—it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, with a great mix of modern brewing aesthetics and a laid-back vibe.
Beer Selection: A Craft Lover’s Dream
I started off with a lager, while my wife opted for another beer from their selection. Right away, we could tell that they put a lot of care into their brewing process. The lager was crisp, smooth, and refreshing—exactly what you want in a well-crafted brew. My wife's choice was equally good, with a perfect balance of flavors that didn’t overpower but still had depth.
Wanting to get a better feel for what they offered, we decided to go for a flight of different beers. It was a great decision because every one of them was top-notch. Each beer had its own unique character, from hoppy and bold to smooth and easy-drinking. Whether you're into IPAs, stouts, or something in between, they seem to have a great balance of flavors across the board.
Food: Worth Every Bite
A good brewery isn't just about the beer—it’s about the food too, and Liquid Noise delivers. We started with the beer-battered onion rings, and let me just say: highly recommend! They were crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with our drinks. The batter was light but packed with just the right amount of crunch, and they weren’t overly greasy, which can sometimes be a problem with fried appetizers.
For the main course, I went with the Cowboy Smash Burger, and it was everything I wanted in a burger. The patty was juicy and flavorful, cooked just right with that perfect balance of crispy edges and a tender center. The toppings added just the right amount of kick and richness without overpowering the burger itself. Paired with our beers, it was the kind of meal that makes you slow down and savor every bite.
Service & Atmosphere
The service was also worth mentioning. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations based on what we liked. They seemed genuinely passionate about their beer and food, which always makes the experience that much better.
The atmosphere was a perfect mix of casual and lively—great for a date night, a night out with friends, or just stopping in to enjoy a great drink after a long day. The brewery itself had a clean, well-designed space that felt welcoming and not overly crowded.
If you’re in the area and looking for a great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat, Liquid Noise Brewing Company is absolutely worth a visit. The beer is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the overall experience is exactly what you’d hope for in a top-tier local brewery.

Read moreMy wife and I decided to stop in our way home and I have to say we were both so happy we did. Beers were pretty good, my wife really enjoyed the Mango Tango while I had the Brown ale, the stout, and the west coast IPA, have to say the brown was my favorite, happy that our waiter recommend it.
We had the cheese curds, which were very tasty. Tots with beer cheese, could have used a bit more cheese but hit the spot. And I also tried some boneless wings that had really good flavor.
Staff was really nice and helpful, everyone was welcoming and seemed like the actually wanted to be there. Met one of the owners, didn't catch his name but was friendly and was genuinely looking for recommendations on how things are going and if they could do anything to improve the business which I found fantastic.
Place is wheelchair accessible though I can see my wife having issues getting around in her chair on a busy night as pathways aren't the biggest, but overall, it should be manageable for most people. And the bathrooms were nice and accommodating too.
A great place to stop in, have some good beer, eat some good food, and meet some good people. I'm glad we live so close because I have no doubt we'll be back...
Read moreHeaded over on a Saturday night. We had a reservation. There was live music. The live music was a bit too loud as I could not understand at times what he was trying to sing. He did have a good voice, but there was some reverberation through the speakers. Drinks: The mixed specials were delicious. There was a blueberry with bourbon and a cherry pie; both were excellent. The current selection is 12 beers. New brew coming shorty. I ordered only 1 Razzle Dazzle, very tasty sour. Food: The tots are a good choice to fill up on. The portion was plenty. Pizza: We had one excellent one and one poor one. The excellent one was on cauliflower crust called the Greek. The regular crust was margherita and the crust was cold not too crisp. The hot honey chicken was very good. The wings were just ok. I ordered them with a dry cajun, not much kick. Also served with ranch when i ordered blue cheese. Service: was OK. There was just not a full staff working the tables. The servers did team up to bring the orders to the table. We thought it odd that we were never brought small plates to share all...
