Tubby's Pizza — Restaurant in Marysville

1 of 5 stars. Lately the crust hasnt been as crispy. One time my order had a bunch of black burnt remnants on the bottom of the pizza from a dirty pan. It ruined my pizza. I've had so many bad orders from here. My most recent order came half smashed. Their boxes are not the right size for their pizzas, often resulting in smashed up edges. Whenever I order a sub, the lettuce is bad. The lettuce comes soggy, ruining the sandwich. The dressing could also be much better than what it is. Sometimes when you order their pizza size that has thick crust, they send you a thin crust instead. Why do they charge a technology fee when you pay online and other companies don't? Can't they pick a better method to process their online payments? I've also gotten pizzas with so much grease on top that it ruined the crust. Ordered a taco pizza and the crust came undercooked. It was also soaked wet and soft nasty making my food inedible. I tipped the driver for awful food. I'm angry and done...

Manager with glasses is absolutely rude, will fight and argue with everyone. She likes to throw the "this is my store" in arguments and "my dad owns this place" she let's her toddler run around the entire store, flipping customers off and throwing dough balls. She has had dogs in the restaurant, they don't wear gloves while making food with acrylic nails. Sometimes I get brown lettuce. I'm assuming underage drinking, I've seen beer cans and what not in the kitchen. There is always loud cars revving in the back and fireworks that seem very illegal. I've noticed the back door is always open so imagine all the bugs you could be eating let alone the stray cats that may be sneaking in the building. 2 weeks in a row I've ordered and both times was given 45 min wait and 1st time was over an hour..2nd time was almost 2 hours!!! Called .. got put on hold.. she told me the wait for delivery was an hour..I told her he told me 45 mins...I got a rude..oh sorry... then hung up on... called back and asked to talk to a manager... and rudely...in background he says...I will call her back later.. I'm busy! Not once was I offered a discount...or anything of the such for my inconvenience!!! Very rude staff.... bad business. Finally got our food almost 2 hours later.. for a pizza and side salad and the pizza was cold😡 Will take my hard earned money and business... elsewhere! I was ordering every Sat for awhile... but the last 2 weeks...
