What a great market. First of all, it has crushed seashells as the walkway. So New England, I love that. Small Cape Cod stores and restaurants that mimic little Cape Cod houses. From ice cream parlors to gifts and clothes. On the side street right next to the shopping center there’s a beautiful beach.

Charming and quaint summer village, perfect for those vacationing in Mashpee or New Seabury. Two restaurants, each with delicious seafood, ice cream shops, boutiques, mini golf, a market, and live music on the weekend.

The bar overlooks the ocean. The quahogs were delish and made in house. The empanada was full flavored and enough for 3 servings. The bartendets were very attentive even with a wedding going on at the popponessett inn!

Many shops were empty, vacant. They have unique gifts in the shops that remain, some have been there for years.

Parking is crazy, especially for large vehicles, I was there with a Chevy Express Van and it was tight.

There was live entertainment, a one man band, he had skills.

There is a restaurant there, no menu posted outside but assume it serves seafood.

Nice to see the Marketplace back open. The Raw Bar & Cafe is back. $36 for a Lobster Roll (and worth it - feeds two). Country Store is open on the weekend. Cape Cod Coffee is new and welcome. The ice cream shop now features Bliss ice cream. The pizza shop is now called Brownies, but haven't...
