I have never left this place feeling satisfied. You may ask why I keep going back, well because my kids for some reason like Taco Bell. This trip, I ordered our very easy order. Specifically 2 orders of nachos and an extra side of cheese. After they handed me my bag, I checked the order because they have still yet to EVER get it all correct, even a simple order. There was a missing nacho cheese sauce. I informed Tom, he said it is in the bag. I replied it is not. I showed him my receipt and got frustrated and asked his name. He walked away with my receipt and was not going to give it back. I asked him to read the receipt as it shows the extra sauce. He said, I don't see it but "I got you". I told him to give me my receipt back and after I repeated myself 3 times he gave it back to me. My consolation prize was an extra bag, this muster bag had STALE twists in it that had no cinnamon or sugar on them! Even my 15 year old daughter told me they should shut this place down. This place is a managerial nightmare. My first thought is to start a petition to boycott Mason,MI Taco Bell, but like most sub par food chains, they will hopefully eventually drownd in their own mess. Somehow, they found money to remodel??? I'm certain this is not a corporate owned restaurant. If it is I have lost faith all together. So save your time and money going there, and I say time because you can plan on spending a minimum of 15 minutes sitting in the drive thru all to get a messed up bag of food that I would feel Erie about giving...
Read moreThis place is awful. Waited 10 minutes at the window after paying to receive my simple quesadilla... that's it. My order was just a single quesadilla. Keep in mind I was the only car in drive thru at that point. Place was not busy at all. Eventually about 5 minutes in, another car came through. There was 3 people in back, not even in uniform, and after seeing how dirty the work stations were, I lost my appetite anyways. As these fools were slowly working in the back, they passed the window a good 8 times, making eye contact, yet not saying anything regarding the delay. At last, the window opens, and instead of an apology or offering some sort of compensation for the poor service and time I wasted sitting there, I just get my bag shoved out the window and "thank you". As I drive away, I look and there are no napkins in the bag, and as I go to grab a piece of the quesadilla, they did a hack job on cutting it, and as I manage to tear it apart to try and get a bite, it is ice cold inside, cheese not even melted. Horrible place, don't ever go here. Place needs to...
Read moreArrived at 11:30 to the drive through. There were 4 cars in front of me. I finally got the chance to order at 11:50 only to be told they just closed. They proceeded to tell me they close at midnight and I said that I just waited 20 minutes to order and that it wasn't midnight. They said that with the now 3 orders before me, that they wouldn't be done with this till after 12. I explained to them that there were at least 6 cars behind me and that I couldn't back out. Needless to say I sat in the drive threw for 40 minutes only to leave empty handed. They denied at least a dozen cars total. In my mind that's about 300$ they could have made at the end of the night that they just didn't want to do. It is NOT the customers fault that the employees take 10 minutes to do an order!! Once stuck in the drive threw I couldn't leave until the cars in front of me who got food left. The management needs to train their employees on customer satisfaction. I eat there late at night at least twice a week. I guess Arby's will start getting my business. At least they...
