Gionino's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Massillon

I will try to be as fair as I possibly can with this review. My girlfriend ordered pizza and chicken last week and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I stopped at marcs beforehand so I didn't show up until 30 minutes. I went up to the counter and a middle-aged gentleman was at the other counter on his tablet computer, I seen him look at me and look back down to his computer without saying a word to me or even acknowledging my existence, he called out to a younger gentleman (around the age of 17 to 19 years old) this young man was very friendly and courteous. The middle aged man walked to the back of the store and I quickly asked for his name. The young man told me that his name is Wayne and that HE IS THE STORE MANAGER! The young man went on to tell me that the store manager does this sort of thing all the time! I think it is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO IGNORE CUSTOMERS! I will not be returning to this pizza place in the future due to this incident. If I owned that place that guy would not be running it. I said I would be fair with this review so I feel it is necessary to say that this only happened to me one time and all other times I've been there the staff has been very friendly. Also the pizza was good but the chicken breading was soft and the jojos were smashed but the chicken...

I order here ALOT, been ordering here for years actually and the pizza is great but here lately the employees have made eating from there a very unpleasant experience. I’m saying this because there is one certain employee who answers the phone and his name is LOGAN I’ll tell you what happened tonight that I felt like was rude! I ordered quite a few things like pizza wings JoJos a couple different sides of sauces and before I could say the next item I wanted or explain how I wanted my pizza he was really into running and say “is that it” real smart like..and I was ordering for my kids and a few friends for helping do some work so right at the end I asked if they could send some paper plates and he then grunted under his breath and then said “ like is that it or is there more” and my reply was “is there an issue or some type of problem” didn’t get nothing other than I smug no from him. Not the first or second time I have gotten this type immature disrespect from him..gioninos I know it’s hard to come by workers but I 100% feel as if you should let him go…and if Logan is the younger kid with Curley hair he also has delivered my pizza and not even took the time to put it in a pizza bag so then I would have to call and complain about a cold pizza...

We regularly order about once a week and I think we're done. Our order is never correct, they never actually put "all white" in the box and I'm tired of paying the "all white" price for it. I ordered 12 dozen plain wings, I get 1 SINGLE chicken dinner wing. I ask the gentleman that delivered it what that was, and was told "oh, you can order one single wing, that's why we called to make sure the order was correct" when they did in fact call back, and they had asked 1 order WINGS! I looked on the website, you can order a 2 piece snack. No where does it say 1 single wing! Pepperoni, sausage, onion and Banana pepper pizza. Got a total of 3 pieces of banana pepper on the whole thing. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this point and gave it way more chances than it truly deserved because I've always liked the taste of Gininos pizza better and just dealt with the mess ups but I finally got sick of it and decided to call in to talk to someone. They answer the phone, let the manager know I need to speak to them, and I could clearly hear the manager walk up and say "they can just stay on hold, I'm not answering." Then was placed on hold unprompted. I'll just find...
