GiGi's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Mathis

Before you think that I think that the food here is bad, it's not, it's one of the best places to eat here in town.

My low score comes with being frustrated with ordering delivery from this place ever since they have switched to the Favor app.

Ever since they have switched to it I haven't been able to order from them. The app is also really expensive, which can almost double the cost of your purchase with fees not apparent to the user at first. The main issue is availability though, every every single time that I have tried to order over the app, Gigi's is marked as closed, and every time I call to ask if I could order delivery delivery over the phone because you literally can'tover the app, I get met with a "too bad" kind of an answer. They clearly aren't interested in fixing this issue since this has happened many times, and it's very unlikely that they're going to stop...

There is no real website- only a facebook page. You can't find menu, prices, hours open, etc. after 10 clicks on the facebook site. THIS IS INFURIATING. You can pay $50 to create a website and write that off on your taxes. Facebook is lazy as hell.

If they would spend a few dollars on a decent web site and show you pictures, you would run here fast. Food was FANTASTIC. Even though I was a quick-serve lunch customer that day, the service was way better than it needed to be. (I just wanted to test them out since there was no web site.)

You need to come here for a great quick meal...

Absolutely amazing place to eat, they have your favorite music and movies for the kids, the staff is friendly and fun to talk with while you watch them cut farm fresh ingredients and prepare your meal. I can't recommend this place enough absolutely amazing place to bring the family and relax and eat. The prices are great and the food is better. Your doing yourself a disservice not trying this place I can not recommend this place enough, the owners and staff know what they're doing and work magic...
