Casey's — Restaurant in Mattoon

Idk who is hiring the store managers in the area, but they just won me back as a regular customer. Christina made the best cake donut I've had from this store in years. Bkfast Pizza was amazing too! Thomas (store manager) has the store in great shape, and everyone seems to know their roles and whats expected of them, and what isn't. I worked there years ago and it was downright embarrasing, terrible management all the way up to the area supervisor. The last two store managers I recall were I think, Ron-duh and Amber. I don't like saying negative things so I'm just gonna tell the truth. They were bullies. Two catty middle-aged women who needed supervision themselves. We couldn't even hold onto a donut maker or a cashier because of their childish misbehavior. The sad thing is that it was so obvious the customers noticed... And they actually thought they were cute. I had to quit, it was just too embarrassing to admit who I worked under. Today I saw a COMPLETE TURNAROUND!!!! I MEAN, WOW. I dropped 33 dollars in there on breakfast stuff and will be returning next weekend. I' have changed my mind about caseys in...

Always been a good place until now. It took an hour to get my pizza because they forgot to cook it when I went there there was nobody at the cash register then they all come back from the pizza, making area where they weren’t making pizzas and Random guy came up there asked the lady if her dealer guy was comeing and is still around. He’s been walking around out in the parking lot trying to buy meth off of her right in front of me. At the Register clearly can see everyone’s bugged out The guy was walking around in the front door and goes wow. Did you see that cat reflections in the moon? I will no longer be coming to Casey’s to get anything made by people...

We ordered a pizza and it was awful. I called to ask for a refund and explain the issue and the pizza maker argued with me as to why it wasnt her fault, then she explained to me that the manager wasnt there so she couldnt refund the pizza. We decided to have them make a different kind and deliver it, they did, and it was worse than the first...soggy, greasy, undercooked. I gave up after that and decided to warn others against this place and their "pizza" and "service." Order literally...
