Absolutely outstanding cinnamon rolls. Worth every penny. As the husband of someone with celiac and the father of kids with the perfect storm of food allergies (soy, dairy, egg), I’ve been living in darkness. Anita resurrected my tastebuds with one pan of baked goods. I’ve tried everything. Most GF/SF/EF/DF baked goods are barely passable, if at all. Sometimes I’d prefer dog treats. When I say Sweet Bites Bakery is extraordinary, I’m not only talking about the low bar set by other GF/SF/DF/EF baked goods, I’m referring to ALL cinnamon rolls. These were absolutely gourmet. Thank you! See you again for Thanksgiving. And Christmas. And New Year’s Eve. And New Year’s Day. Etc...

Far and away, the best gluten-free cake I have ever had! I ordered a round, gluten-free vanilla cake with strawberry frosting for a little girl's birthday party and everyone was highly impressed. The natural aroma of the strawberry frosting filled the room. Party guests wondered how Anita got the height and lightness on a gluten-free baked good. The birthday girl said it best--"This is the best, prettiest cake I have ever had!"

Anita was friendly to work with and prompt in her work, which took a turnaround time of only three days. Lucky us, since this was a last-minute celebration!

I highly recommend Sweet Bites Bakery and will no doubt be using Anita's talent...

Purchased a vanilla keto cake. Ms. Anita did help me out seeing as how I was a couple hours shy of her ordering time policy, but I have to say, for the cake that I received, I felt it was extremely over priced. It was only 2 layers, like something your mom would make at home. It had no special design or anything, just plain vanilla icing. I gully expected the cake to be at least 3 layers for the price. Luckily, my daughter loved it. I would recommend Ms. Anita, just be sure to clarify what you're getting...
