A fantastic park; beautiful, well-maintained and nicely landscaped. As I would like point out to certain individuals who have reviewed this park negatively, the purpose of a park is not for exercise, it is for peaceful relaxation, for children to play, and to have a brief reprieve from bustling city life-- and I feel that the Mauldin City park fulfills all of those purposes. The football field is a 80 yard field and a bit narrower than a regulation field. There are several restrooms and concession stands.. The part also has several play grounds for small children... There isn't much room for teams to warm up or really maneuver around prior to games and seating is pretty limited at the fields. Dark colored chain link fences make watching the kids difficult.
