OH MY GOSH!!!!! We were driving through, on our way back home, stopped for gas. Low & behold this mecca of mouthwatering yumminess wafted through the air & smacked me in the nose. I rejected my mother's request for the business across the street. This is THE BEST BBQ I've EVER tasted in my life!!!!! I got a jumbo sandwich for $8. My mom got a 1/2 rib dinner for $11. We ate 2 meals from each plate. The sauce is OFF THE CHAIN!!!!!! Crazy good!!! I'm in love with the sweet sauce. We bought a bottle for my step dad, who ate the rest of my mom's dinner. She was mad, lol. I wonder if they will FedEx?! We're making plans to make a special trip there for the ribs for Easter & we have a great set up for BBQ-ing in the backyard. I'm telling you. Smoke Shack is the truth!!! Like...traveling to the next state just for Easter meal, hoping they FedEx, planning a random trip just to be in that...

Been craving some good brisket. Yes I know we've reviewed them before, When you are good, you need to be recognized for consistency as well. They do a steady flow of business. Orders out and in. Pricing not bad and portions are very generous. I'm serious, check them out.

This is our go to place on Wednesday evening. They have fabulous beef brisket and pork ribs. Super friendly and great place for all. Check them out

We revisited and it still an excellent choice for barbecue. The only negative would be their coleslaw was a little dry. Needs more mayo and seasoning but it maybe fine for others. Just our preference

I am an incredibly picky BBQ sauce person. Typically I like a thin sauce with a bit of vinegar or mustard base. Usually I barely use any sauce, one because the meat shouldn't need it and two because most sauces are just to thick and sweet for me. This legitimately is the best regular BBQ sauce I have ever put in my mouth. It was amazing. If I had to complain, I wasn't wild about how thin the turkey was sliced, but the smoked flavor was on point. The fries are homemade and crispy. Bathrooms are clean. Oh and did I mention they have the best BBQ sauce I have ever tasted?! (Btw I live in STL where there are a lot of choices and am now figuring out how I can get some of this sauce brought to me on the regular!)...
