Subway — Restaurant in Maurice

The manager and her daughter are the rudest people working here. I go in this resturant every week maybe 3 times a week. Everytime i do if the manager is working she is either talking to her employees with disrespect infront of us customers and i dont ever see her do anything except play on her phone and look around. How can someone keep a manager like this? Something needs to be done other girls bust there buts in there and get talked to like there crazy i felt so bad for them girls. And the daughter i have stopped going to this place at night me and my family there is 6 of us i pay alot of money to eat here and she doesnt greet us she does like her mom look at us and while im trying to fix my drink she stands right in the way while playing on her phone. Smh i went in yesterday and today the daughter tayler was yelling at a girl named ashely to stop making my sandwich and go sweep the floor this is non since i rather not have her fix my food. Yesterday she was playing on her phone while me and my family was eating and just stayed in the restroom for a long time we couldnt even use the restroom. I guess what they say is true mother like daughter. They both roll there eyes at the customers and both very lazy and need and atitude adjustment. Where is the perons over this manager margret? You have been losing business for a long time due to these two i might look into this...

We placed an online order at 11:40. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:55. We walked in around that time to a long line of people, which is fine, that’s why we did a pick up order to skip the line and just go in and PICK IT UP. nope at 12 our order was not made and it was as if they didn’t even bother to care to look for our order because we had to tell them everything again. We had 4 sandwiches total. 3 sandwiches got made and then she would not make the 4th one. We asked why and she didn’t respond. We asked for a manager who was not or ever seems to be there, they get on the phone with her to refund us and tell her to tell us we won’t be getting our sandwiches after waiting there for 30 minutes. HORRIBLE service and POOR management. Won’t be going...

Just like every other franchise restaurant, it's okay in a pinch for a quick & convenient sandwich. The meat and veggies always look like they're about to expire. The ladies "working" there look like they'd rather be at the dentist getting a root canal instead of being there. If you have something better to do, then you have my blessings to go. And don't get me started on the semi-mandantory tip at the checkout if you pay with a credit/debit card. I'll tip, or not, depending on your level of service. Hopefully it's just...
