When the clock strikes half past ten, and hunger relentlessly gnaws at the pit of my stomach, Domino's Pizza emerges like a beacon of sustenance. In a world where most culinary establishments slumber, Domino's stands tall, unyielding in its mission to satiate the late-night cravings of the famished masses. As I eagerly placed my order, I knew that within the confines of the familiar red and blue boxes lay salvation in the form of a piping hot pie. The aroma of melted cheese and savory toppings wafted through the air as anticipation swelled within me. In a matter of minutes, the delivery arrived, a testament to Domino's unwavering commitment to timely service. I took my first bite and there it was, the familiar taste that has graced countless palates over the years. The crust, though lacking the artisanal touch of brick ovens and hand-kneading, possessed a delightful crispness. The amalgamation of tangy tomato sauce, melty cheese, and an assortment of toppings coalesced into a comfort food symphony, providing solace for the ravenous soul. While Domino's may not encompass the gourmet flair of a Michelin-starred establishment, it shines forth as a reliable ally in the battle against late-night hunger pangs. Read moreDominoes in KutZtown advertises they are open on New Years Day. Due to Covid Restrictions during a pandemic I am having quarantine. Ordered online, process went through and then someone calls and said their delivery driver didn’t show up. After explaining due to being gone for a month and now needing to quarantine, I have zero food in my house bc It is New Years Day and they are the only place open and can not go out to get food and they are saying they have contactless delivering. I spoke to the manager and when I suggested they should have called someone else in, his explanation was “what do you think drivers grow on trees”.
I said I would call corporate due to how disrespectful and rude he was being towards me, especially as a manager. As a manager he should be taking over orders and delivering them. I live literally 5 mins away but because I am doing what I am mandated to Do by state law and quarantine. He hung up on me. I then tried to call back three times all times I was hung up on. As a manager, if an employee does not show up, you do the job that needs to be done. You do not advertise that you deliver and then yell at the person trying to feed their family and stay “what do you think drivers grow on trees”. He also refused to give me his name. I am astonished that someone could be so disrespectful, hang up on someone when asked for their name and not do a job of a manager and fill in for that missing employee. That is what every other restaurant does. This is false advertising. If you can’t deliver that day, don’t...
Read moreOnly getting around to posting this now since corporate never responded to my friend and I's complaints. This happened the evening or 3/24-3/25 (it was just passed midnight when we were there). The manager and his girlfriend create a toxic environment in this establishment. After a small mixup with the online ordering system (the order placed for the following day (3/26) since it was right before midnight), my friend tried getting our food when she texted me she was having trouble and needed help. I came in and tried seeing what the problem was, and was met with extreme attitude from the female worker including her throwing her phone multiple times because she was upset about making an order almost at close (they had another hour of being open) and mocking me multiple times. Her boyfriend, the new manager at the time, did nothing to control his worker (and girlfriend which they both constantly brought up) and also gave us attitude. They both should be fired. Check the cameras and the whole interaction will be there. Extremely upset that corporate has not done anything about this.
Edit: someone else was complaining about the same manager (either matt or andrew) who was only manager for a couple weeks and was extremely hostile. This review is from a few weeks after my interaction so the manager is...
