Pregio Pizza — Restaurant in Maywood

Hate that I’m leaving a review like this 1) because I don’t usually go out of my way to low rate businesses 2)because usually it’s ignorant people that blow things like this out of proportion but it was my experience.

Wanted to order some pizzas for a party. Called in and was greeted with someone who didn’t speak my language. Fine with me, so I asked for someone who does speak my language. The answer was no.

Wasn’t a bad phone call. The person who answered was nice. But ya know if he can’t do anything about the problem then he can’t do anything. We hung up the phone cordially.

Leaving a two star review because they have no one on staff that speaks English on a Friday night.

If you’re a manager reading this you should have at least one English and at least one Spanish speaker on staff. You’re literally a business in Los Angeles, money was lost...

Absolutely terrible service, the moment I placed my order the inexperienced lady didn't even bother to show proper manners on the phone. I ordered a pizza extra crispy... when I got to the shop to pick up my order my order wasn't there. I placed my order under George and apparently the young lady heard Fernando. Anyways, they got my order wrong, it was two pizzas with extra cheese when i clearly repeated that i wanted it extra crispy. Sure, I paid for the young lady's mistake but when I get home what do I get? Two pizzas that aren't cooked right, shameful! Did a pick up order but when I get there they said they never got an order. While I'm waiting someone comes in and and same thing but they tell the guy someone picked up their order, while I'm waiting right in front of my face their telling this customer that order was canceled and reordered n picked up. And the guy was like this is the second time 😠 Yall really need to get organized and im def sure yall have a system to track orders so yall definitely wasting people's time! OH and barely any...
