Arby's — Restaurant in McAlester

I received coupons in the mail. I had no one to go eat with then my friends started coming in town and we started getting what we wanted to eat ... Been long time for both and all of us to enjoy it together. We were laughing and by the last bite almost miserable from trying to finish the meal it was so big.!. We loved it and the orange creme shakes are so yummy. And hey in case you did not know there's a happy hour from 2 til 5! Yippee yigh yay...we all like the happy hour too because all the are one dollar and we like all the items, siders pizza or beef, curly fries, sodie pop, shakes jamocha or orange or van or chocolate and the orange for a limited time so go check it out you will not be disappointed! Plus there is the pepper bar inside with condiments and refills...go say hello to Chris at the Fry's he is very nice okay...

Came to arby’s to order my usual. 5 piece tender meal with two extra tenders, fries, drink, and Mac n cheese. They charge extra for the two additional tenders, always have. No big deal. This time the girl taking the drive through orders tells me this isn’t an option. I can order an additional 3 tender meal if I like but that’s it. I ask when they changed to this, and she tells me it’s been this way for years. Longer than the time she’s worked there. She then gets very short and tries to cut me off before I can finish ordering. Manger at the window says the girl is new and was confused. Manger doesn’t make any attempt to resolve the situation. Very displeased. Always liked this arby’s. But their customer service was definitely not up to par. I eat here multiple times a month....

Was not very good at all. Fries tasted like fish and the bun rubbery like it was microwaved. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they all are managers. Asked if they fry the fish in the same vat as the fries and was told yes. Told them I can't eat the fries due to fish taste.. was not offered compensation at all of any kind. Was told they will tell their GM about having a different fryer for the fish. I don't believe them. They seemed to not care. 1st time I been there in 3 yrs. Very disappointed. Even the Womens bathroom was nasty.. smelled horrible and toilet paper all on the floor. We was there just after 3pm... No...
