Still here waiting for my food figured i would write a warning to any potential customers. Arrived approximately 7:30 sat at door for 5 minutes with employees staring at me before deciding to declare that i will seat myself. Waitress promly approached me with a down right UNacceptable attitude asked us what we wanted to drink. She brings us our drinks and then says she will give us a couple minutes.... 10 minutes later (after chatting with coworkers) she decides to come over and take our order. Waitress laughed in our face as if we were idots for not knowing a medium pizza could not be a stuffed crust. Sorry i dont work at pizza hut and know that, thats why they pay you $2.50 an hour to inform us of these things. So by now we are livid, get our food and its mediocre, acceptable but not worth an hour of wait. Oh did i mention employees have time to stand around and cuss, but i had to wipe my own table off to sit down(which waitress must have also found amusing because she laughed when she seen this). The store looks awful floor trashed most tables a mess. This is the worst experience i have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Then we cash out and the manager who certainly knew we were not pleased with our service acts like we were trying to get one over on her when we inform her we were charged for a salad bar that we did not use or order. Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas for takeout. Both were burnt. When I called to complain, I was told they would be credited to my phone number. The rep I spoke to was in a big hurry & rude. Two weeks later I tried to collect on this credited order and was told that the customer service rep never credited the pizzas to me. I went to the store - manager told me that he was sorry the rep was rude but it was a call center and there was nothing he could do. He gave me a # in Kansas to call. When I called it, the secretary was VERY rude and told me that she doesn't listen to customer service complaints and gave me the phone number for the first customer service line I spoke to. I tried again and called them. This time the rep was nice. She took the report and said someone would call me within 3 days. It's been another 2 weeks, I guess they aren't going to call. Read moreI had a delivery made to Walnut Grove Nursing to the staff for taking care of my mother this evening. The delivery person was on time and polite. However, the order for two large pizzas was $17.99 each and a total of $50 total. I fully accept the $7.50 charge for extra ranch, but $17.99 for one pizza? Seriously? And when I called the response was “that’s the standard menu price” fully neglecting to note they have specials which would have reduced it. They also left off the cheesy bread sticks which I heard the nurse order and repeat back. The pizzas certainly weren’t bad and the driver was nice. However, at that price and the attitude when I called to check I don’t see ordering there again.
