Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in McAlester

we placed our order & went to pick it up. I was going through the order in the truck & realized we were missing some chicken. I asked my boyfriend if he could run back in, assuming it was probably sitting somewhere & they just forgot it. he went in & informed them we didn’t get the chicken, the boy told him he definitely gave him the chicken. he told my boyfriend to bring the order back in to prove that he didn’t give us the chicken. i went in with the order & laid the order out showing everything we got. the manager standing there told him we only got 4 of 5 items & to find the other item. they couldn’t find it & started making another order. i told my mom what was taking so long & she was not happy with the way we were treated. she called & asked for a manager, the manager was the one who answered the phone.. well he put her on hold & he told another employee he put her on hold because he didn’t need to be interrupted. the entire time he was on the phone with her, he was glaring at us. he apologized to her very loudly & rudely while glaring at us. when he got off the phone, he continued to mouth off while we’re were sitting in his store. there is a female employee, who handled the situation professionally & i thanked. while we were leaving this male manager yelled at us “i hope she enjoys her chicken.” if they would’ve looked for the order the first time, they may have not had to remade it. they claimed the delivery driver accidentally picked it up, the same delivery driver that walked out while i was walking in to show them what they gave us. this entire situation was unprofessional, rude, and entirely unnecessary. i am very...

This is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service. I ordered a 50 plus dollar order got two of the 5.99 pizzas two of the 5.99 breaded 12 piece size of chicken one with Buffalo and barbecue and the other I also got a stuffed cheese bread with spinach. The breaded chicken was the absolute worst excuse for even a small container of popcorn chicken from Walmart. I can honestly tell you there was maybe six pieces of crispy parts of chicken.. No where near what is posted online or what is advertised I was so extremely disappointed trying to feed a family of 6. I decided to call and let them know that it is definitely not what I ordered Not only was I put on hold three separate times and then disconnected after 15 minutes of waiting. I finally got ahold of what was the stand in for a manager which I highly doubt she even was the manager. She explained to me that they deliver what they ordered from the restaurant and that what I ordered was exactly what I received. I explained to her that it was barely popcorn chicken and and not what was advertised. She continued to talk down to me and explained that I got what I ordered and I got my money's worth when I told her I was still unhappy she said well sorry nothing I can do. This is a lame excuse for a business a restaurant or any sort of customer service I will be calling district and letting them see the pictures that I had taken this is absolutely outrageous to literally feed somebody what looks like hamster food and save it it's a damn meal!!! I sorry but they have bad service and their drivers take orders to the wrong addresses like for example my order somewhere else then to my address I. Still waiting. For my food 😡😡😡and got off the phone with them telling they just now leaving the store when their tracker for the app was saying they was at my door when it's not I ordered over 2 hours ago and 30 mins ago I get a text telling me they r on my street them another right after the other text telling me I hope u enjoy order and open door and nothing there so yes I'm upset cuz they just now leaving the store 30 mins after telling me they here and actually wasn't!. Then to top that the store manager is very very rude argued instead of explaining why her employee admitted he talked to us then when we asked about our order the employee told us it was being bagged up and about to leave the store. Then we say okay then when 6yuthe order gets here it wasn't what we ordered it was all wrong and food was missing and the pizza didn't smell good and it was burned and it wasn't eatable and the one thing I didn't get i had paid for which was a sandwich which was not with the order the driver told us what they told him to tell us then when we called about it b the same employee answered the phone and tried to tell us they called us when we never got any call from them cause we would have cancelled the order all together if no sandwich im sorry all I want is my money back because I never got my order just rude n...
