Rent-A-Center — Local services in McAlester

Purchased a brand new fridge, range, and couch. Range was brought in with food still in oven and on stove top, not brand new, completely disgusting. Whomever sent this out is obvious a disgusting individual and you can just imagine how they live. Now the couch, it was brand new in the store and was ripped on the left and right side as it was brought in, so was the loveseat. Just look at the pics. I have now waited two weeks for a call back from the manager Randy Tippin about a resolution on the couch, but have not recieved one. The range was switched out, but this one is obviously used as well and not new. Not only did I request a new one, it was discussed and I was told it would be a new one. When i was showed two different ranges in the store they had roaches in them, so I made sure to make a point of wanting a new one. They are liars and dirty people. Anyone who would imagine that range was fine, must be one extremely disgust individual. Seeing as I am just renting these items short term until my items get delivered from my old house, I figured this would have gone much smoother. Never again will I use...

It's been a while since we shopped at Rent a center here in Mcalester, Oklahoma. But recently Randy, Karen and the staff sent a beautiful thank you card, to my wife and I. Inviting us to come back. We were almost in tears. I know that we sometimes have issues with the merchandise but they bring so much more to the table. They are kind and understanding, they have a heart for people. I'm really glad got the Management position she knows the people and gives customers the best advice that can help their current situation. She makes a good friend if you have dealt with her through the years. She made my wife and children very happy yesterday with the new refrigerator. Bless you Mrs. Karen and the company.
