McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in McAlester

I eat at norman location at 81& Lewis 91 and memorial Midwest city 31& Yale Sherman tx dallas 75 hwy and now mcalester I get harvest chick sand chips tea just registered for card tonight sand was burnt not chicken on total bread no one to offer refill counter was to busy to get in line next table waiting hour for bake potatoes another table messed up order. I hate this I was looking forward you being at my home town never had this or seen this in any stores before. Hope you get it corrected. Also last week no refill either went to counter told them unsweetened tea got sweet just letting you know of course maybe it will let you know to work on I'm sure I'm not the only one that's had a bad experience and I know how you operate...

This whole past week I would had put 5 stars all the way across but today's experience with the mgr was horrible , she was and older lady with glasses and a kind face but kind she was not 04/18/25 around 6 pm. I ordered nachos and was absolutely disappointed so when I called a nice young man said to come back and they would change my order. I asked if I should bring the nachos back and he told me no. I know the place is new but that’s no excuse for not making orders correctly or checking the bag before you hand it out; that’s part of your job that you choose to be employed at. I have gone 3 different times before I wrote a review because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a kids potato with sour cream and it comes with a side and cookie but all I received in my order was a just a potato missing everything else in the order.
