I submitted my online order as I was pulling up to the store at 6:28pm. I sat in the lobby while waiting for my order. My friend submitted an online order around the same time as well. We watched multiple people over the course of 24 minutes come into the store and walk out with their sandwiches and ours had not had any progress made, yet there were 4 employees working the front. When there were no in store customers, our orders still weren’t being made. I received a phone call at 6:52pm asking if this was Brian and that this was subway calling, I looked over toward the front and advised them i’m sitting at the table talking to them. They talked to me in person and told me they were out of ghost pepper bread. I told them that’s fine and to substitute it. I did not receive my order until 7:08pm. They gave a half assed apology with no compensation/additional goods and blamed the delay on a new hire, instead of owning up to their own incompetence. I went back to my car and started driving, we noticed that not only were one of the sandwiches the completely wrong sandwich and not cut into thirds as requested, but the other sandwich was missing jalapeños. I am absolutely dumbfounded how an order that took 40 minutes was not only late, but incorrect.
How many subway employees does it take to get two sandwiches right? Apparently the answer is 5, because even 4 couldn’t...
Read moreWorse Subway experience in my life! They were out of just about everything as far as toppings go, all they had was brown looking lettuce, pickles,onions,spinach. They also had only 2 cheeses to chose from! It was a pathetic excuse for fresh. But I had already ordered my 2 subs and felt obligated to buy them, that was dumb! This was at 8:00p.m. as I was paying They started gathering all the containers, so I thought " OH that explains it They are closing" so I ask what time do you close, the girl stated " 10:00p.m. So I thought WOW, now you are replacing everything?? I really couldn't believe that there is not any concern for customer service anymore. All they had to do was inform me when I came in that they were going to restock instead of serving what they had. Definitely not the Subway that is advertised! I am writing g this to let everyone know to avoid this store, it is horrible! So avoid the Subway on George Nigh Expressway in McAlester, unless you want subpar...

As the associate performed her tasks, she spent time away from the counter talking to a friend who cam in just to visit, taking drinks from her personal beverage on a table, and otherwise delayed preparation of my order on several occasions - including leaving the sandwich just laying unattended multiple times. When the "time for your order to be complete" arrived, I went inside the store to stand and wait for her to finish making my 2 six inch sandwiches. I probably wouldn't have made this review, but when she brought my order over, she held it out and said not a single word. Nothing. Sorry I made you wait would have been appropriate, but not even a thank you for your order...nothing. I was a bother, apparently, interfering with her social life. Not the job for server #999997 at store 7243-0....
