Sees me walks away goes into that little office and ignores me untill the cashier came bad start already. Which included 1 combo crots B/E/C , 1 small apple juice, 2 vanilla Ice Coffee .I noticed order was incorrect after I was already charged. I Ms.Presas spoke about the error to Mr.Alex who was the employee working the drive thru window. He did not care hear or admitted to issuing me the wrong order He Stated " well I did not hear say two ice coffees". When ask that I would like to speak to his manager or someone above him , he claimed he was the manager and he did not plan to correct the order . I therefore once again asked for him to give me what I ordered and apply to customer satisfaction and he refused. As Manger or assistant , A customer satisfaction always come first whenever there is an error or mistake on their part . Guess the Mr. Alexs needs...
Read moreAs far a Burger Kings go this is the location that has given me the fewest problems. Might not sound like a glowing review but stick with me. So far they are the only location that has full use of the app. Other locations near me don't have online ordering functions. Other locations don't accept the 6 digit Crowns reward number. Also, this is the only location I visit that frequently has fresh hot fries. The staff also seems to be the most competent out of the locations near me.
