Have Best Milkshakes In McCook. Hands down, while also reasonably priced. They use quality ice cream, as well as quality name branded milk, to produce a very creamy and "drinkable through their straw" delight.
As with many locations serving custom shakes, prep time as well as staff attitude during the interaction, from both receiving order to delivery of product should always be completed without hesitation or negativity toward or about the process of making the shakes.
The customer is generally aware of the time and attention involved within the production of said item. The problem with the process isn't necessarily the fact a customer decides a shake is what they would like to have, and it should never be a deciding factor on how a staff member chooses to interact with them during the process.

I just wanted to reiterate how important it is to remain positive during the production process, also diligent, attentive, and always present within the interaction with the customer.
You gals are doing a wonderful job down there.
One think I would like to make suggestion about; Having a direct phone line to the store that can reach the front line. So a potential customer can call in advance and order something that might otherwise take several very needed moments, in the event there are many individuals attending your iced cream shop, during which a call ahead could allow the ability to utilize unused time to get something that takes a lot of time and attention done ahead of time.
Keep up the good work. A+...
