One think I would like to make suggestion about; Having a direct phone line to the store that can reach the front line. So a potential customer can call in advance and order something that might otherwise take several very needed moments, in the event there are many individuals attending your iced cream shop, during which a call ahead could allow the ability to utilize unused time to get something that takes a lot of time and attention done ahead of time.

We decided to stop in here for dessert last night, best choice of my life. My friend “Russel with the wilderness scouts” called ahead to make sure they were open. When we walked in we were greeted with laughter and a great welcome. The man and his wife that own the business were in there busting their butts to make sure new and returning customers were more than taken care of. The way they approached everything last night have made return customers out of us all(4). We live two hours away in Chappell, and will make it a priority to stop in every time we make it back down...

The first time I walked in to The Scoop, it was a beautiful surprise since the business prior was not very appealing. For my review, I want to extend my highest compliments to the owners on the look of the facility, the variety of ice cream and ice cream combos, the flavor of the ice cream itself, and the family friendly environment! If you haven’t tried their Apple crisp, you are definitely missing out! Can’t wait to come in for game night...
