I used to love this place however the past few times we've had an issue, no apologies and certainly not very helpful. They messed up and gave me chili n cheese fries and not my gf (on the receipt it said the correct plate they went with) she went back without realizing they put it on mine they had the nerve to tell her she would have to pay for new fries or bring those fries back. Great for chicken but the customer service is beyond poor. Called for over an hour and a half to place an order for pick up as I don’t live in the area and know it takes them 30 minutes to make chicken. 2 days in a row and I drove over an hour for chicken. One day I showed up at 6:32 and they stop making chicken at 6:30 and denied to service me. I showed them my call log of multiple calls trying to place the order prior to that time. One of the worst resturants I've ever been to. Paid almost $12 for a "cheeseburger plate" and waited almost 45 minutes with maybe 4 people in the restaurant. The hamburger patty was about the size of a small McDonald's hamburger and had no taste at all other than being overcooked. Fries were the same. The lady serving us was mad at the world and could barely communicate.
