If i could rate a 0 I would. Terrible stomach pain. Had food delivered through an app. Totally unsatisftory and tasteless. They didn't read any of the notes, did not supply us with utensils and napkins even though that was selected on the order. The veggies were severely overcooked and the noddles were hard, the entire food order was also way too oily.

The flavor was way off from what was expected as I've eaten Chinese food my whole life. I called and the manager answered and he was extremely rude and told me to contact the food service as if that was going to fix their cooking or service. All I wanted to say were the issues with the food so they didn't do it to anyone else... just terrible.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had with any food establishment. I usually choose them because of delivery even though they are rude over the phone every time, but the food was usually palatable. This last time however it was awful. It arrived cold I would be surprised if the crab Rangoon was even cooked. My wife got shrimp chow mein that was slimy and gross, and sweet and sour chicken that even though was cold it was over cooked to the point I could have thrown it through a window. I called them and the guy on the phone told me it wasn’t his problem that the food was perfect and he would do nothing for me. So I wasted 30$ tossed out the menus and will never order from...

worst experience ever! I have had a lot of Chinese food that has been bad but hands down this is the worst! I ordered the "Happy Family" shrimp,scallops,lobster,crab,pork ,beef and chicken! Well if you wanted beef pork and chicken this is your dish! NOT ONE Piece of lobster, 2 pieces of IMITATION crab meat 1tiny piece of shrimp and 2 scallops! Called to speak my concern, was told that I was wrong! worst customer care EVER!! Could not hear what was being said as it was all in Chinese! Will never go back and will tell people to stay away from this place! Oh and was greeted by some 14 yr old kid with his pants around his ankles to give me my food! yup thumbs down...
