This was the worst customer service experience that I have encountered in a very long time. I went through the drive thru during the evening of 11/15. I had to show the lady at the window how to put the drink carries together, and essentially how to use them. Then while I was checking the order to make sure I had everything, I noticed I was missing a few food items, and asked for them. They argued with me, saying I didn't order the missing items to which I showed them the receipt they had just handed me showing the items were ordered and paid for. At this point there were two women at the window, and one of them called me a "b*tch" under her breath with her manager standing behind her. I guess they didn't think I heard her, and they all thought her comment was hilarious and they AGREED with her and started laughing. At this point I was extremely frustrated with the entire situation, and failed to notice that 1 of the 5 drinks I ordered was missing. I was in such a hurry to get out of that hostile situation, I didn't even waste my time to go back and deal with these poorly trained and women who obviously had atrocious manners and customer service skills. Considering their manager was standing with them at this point, and also thought it was funny when her employee called me a name I decided there was no point in taking my concerns to the manager at that location. It wasn’t even busy at 2pm & they had rushed to take my order and i repeated myself twice over the mic but that wasn’t good enough to get my order correct. My receipt says Munoz but i am not sure who it was that attended me and gave me a bad attitude because she messed up my order. Not only did i have to drive back because they messed up my order once but TWICE . Instead of correcting my order she wanted to go back and forth and show me the receipt with her putting the wrong fries when she didnt even ask what fries but i told her over the mic twice it was curly. She kept going until she finally said the upgrade is 64 cents like okay idont care , i just want what i order no matter the difference. Then i had to come back because the wrap was grilled when i said crispy twice over the mic and on my receipt it was correct but not in my bag. It was very frustrating when I’m in a rush to eat something before my appointment and have to be held back for 25 minutes from going back and forth over my order that had only 4 items. Read moreEverytime I try to get food here, it takes over 10 minutes, they tell me they have no service and don't even come to the window to refund my online order or apologize. Or my order is wrong. Seems they can never keep their staff the same for more than a few months. I wouldn't be as upset if the employees were more professional and productive. But they never come to the window to tell you that your order is taking long or that they don't have what you ordered and will sub it for something else. They never have curly fries and they never tell us the dont have them and instead they give us reg fries without telling us and I get home with an entirely different order. More than 3 times this has happened. They can never get their online ordering right either. They don't check it so we end up having our order take even longer or they say "system is down. No food" real fast and didn't respond to us at the order speaker even when we asked to see the manager and wont even come to the window and the first time this happened we really thought maybe someone was hurt inside because I've never had that happen before anywhere.
