McKinney does such a great job with their parks and the recent remodel of this one is no exception. The remodel is SUCH an upgrade from what was there before. It's great to see our tax dollars at work! I especially loved the amply shaded play area and basketball court. My children really enjoyed the unique play structures. There is an open "green space" for play, plentiful seating for spectating parents and beautifully done native landscaping all around. No restroom but not a deal breaker.

Very neat and unique playground. My almost 3 year old climbed to the top of the “rocket” and we had our picnic lunch up there. I’m sure most kids would LOVE the zip lines, as well. We were a little disappointed that all the tables and chairs were out in the sun without any shade!? In TEXAS!!?? I mean, it was February 15th when we visited and WARM…78 degrees and in the sun…HOT. If the little spraypark we’re going we woulda been all wet before we left! 😂

Semi new Park love the whole park with a big open grass area and water splash area too for kids. Basketball court and drink water stations. Little walking trail. Tables to eat under cover areas. Also town outdoor movies from time to time. Only downside is the homeless individuals that might stick around from time to time. No one bothers anyone but still a bit uncomfortable when we have little ones run around.and grown homeless man sitting around. Other than that it's...
