Saturday afternoon we went to the Mcdonalds at 240 W Eldorado Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75069. We were asked to park in slot #1 and that they would have our food out to us shortly. Cars were parked into slots 2, 3 and 4 after us. They all received their food and ours was still not there 15 minutes later. The couple in slot 2 and 4 had left with their food and the couple in slot three rolled their windows down and asked about our order. They were starting to eat and were going through the food and realized it was not their order. We confirmed they had been given our order by mistake. When the girl started walking out with their order, bringing it to our car, he got out of the car and informed her she had delivered the wrong order to them, told her she would need to remake our order as they had started eating some of it and been through the rest of it and took their order to the car. One and a half minutes after walking in, the girl comes walking out with our order REBAGGED and brings it to our car and apologized that our order had taken so long. When I informed her that she needed to remake the order and that we had been talking with the couple next to us, she informed us that they had not touched the order. The couple next to us rolled the window down and told her that she needed to remake it and the girl turned around and walked back in with the order. At that point, I was done. I had no faith in the sanitary measures in place. I went in and asked the manager for a refund on the order. All I got was an “I’m sorry for this situation.”. I let into him at that point informing him that even in a time when there WASN'T a deadly virus circulating the globe, once an order is delivered to someone, you don’t turn it around and give it to someone else if they have handled the food. Read moreHorrible service! Tried to use my app for $5 20 piece nugget. Girl at Drive thru had no idea what she was doing. I gave my whole order and she said it’s not working, didn’t know what I ordered and I had to give it all again. She said she got it, asked what sauces and then when I got up to pay, she said it didn’t work. Called someone over and it still didn’t work. And the scanner didn’t work. I gave another number and still didn’t work. Seemed odd since I have never had that problem at any other McDonald’s, but was done at this point, so I ordered a $3 bundle. The girl said a 10 piece and I said no, $3 bundle with 6 piece nugget and small fries. When I got my receipt, she charged me for a 10 piece nugget and small fry at $6.78 plus tax. When I got up to the window, I told the young man there and he called the same man, who I guess was manager over and told him. Then I had to explain the whole thing again because he kept asking if I was missing the 10 piece nugget I never ordered! He came back to give me my food and I had to tell them they over charged me, but they didn’t give me my receipt back. Then he came back and gave me $3 dollars cash, no receipt. And now I am still at least $1 shorted. I have had problems at McDonald’s before, but I have never left a review. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will not...
Read moreFirst of all, why does this McDonalds have a 3.5 stars. NO WAY!!! This is one of the worst McDonalds. Lots of untrained employees that do not follow the McDonalds policy on serving food. Poor customer service. No smiles nothing. I worked at McDonalds many years ago with great management and training. It does not exist at this McDonalds. First of all, the cashier in drive through did not read my order to me completely. She read 2 items from my order, took my money and didn't smile and say thank you or anything. Secondly, you do not make the food first if the drinks are not ready. The first thing you do is prepare the beverages first so the food doesn't get cold. I received my food first and was asked to pull up to the next window to wait 5 minutes for my 2 MC Frappes. I asked them to put my bag with the food under the heat light to keep it warm since I now have to wait for the drinks. She looked so confused and started speaking Spanish to the other lady who shrug her shoulders as if it was strange to ask to keep food warm. OMG! That was a huge red flag that the staff at this McDonalds isn't trained properly. PLEASE GET NEW MANAGMENT IN this place so they can better train the staff on good...
