Ordered 2 medium pizzas last night at 9:20. Everything was fine and was told our pizzas would be delivered by 10:30. At 10:20, we get a call from the manager (I think her name was Kate or something close to that) telling us that they don't have the crust we wanted for one of our pizzas....10 MINUTES before they were supposed to be delivered!! No one called earlier or told me at the time I ordered. So she refunds our order and says she will get it to us in 20-25 minutes, which would put it arriving at 10:45 at the latest. She also promised that she would send the driver straight to our house as soon as they got back. At 11:05, I call back to check on the pizza and where it is....It rings forever. I hang up and call back and finally a guy answers the phone. He tells me the driver left at 10:40 and had a triple and should be at our house any minute... My husband was literally waiting by the door, watching for him to pull up. We waited another 15 minutes and called the store back. To our surprise, the driver was at the store and the manager told us the driver had been to our house, rang the door bell and knocked on the door several times and no one answered... Weird considering we kept checking on the status and it's now almost 11:30, 2 hours after I placed the order, and we STILL haven't eaten dinner... We say that can't be right because we've been waiting by the door and even called to check back. The manager (Kate or whatever) tells us that's not true because she is the only one answering the phones... She then says our pizza was "undeliverable" so she can't send the driver, or anyone else, back out to give us our pizza. She didn't even call us once he got back to the store and said we were "undeliverable", nor did he call us when he was supposed to be delivering it to our house. So we went through 2 hour ordeal and no pizza to show for it, and still no dinner by 11:45... Absolutely the worst customer service! Yes, she made a poor attempt after the crust incident, but again, no call until 10 minutes before our pizza was supposed to be delivered. She basically called us liars because she was answering the phones and I didn't speak with her and her driver said no one was home and the lights were on. We got no phones calls about the so called "undeliverable" pizza. I can't believe this was what we dealt with last night!! We will NEVER use this store again because I would rather drive and pick up a pizza, then go through that nonsense again, especially when you're hungry and waiting to eat dinner! So completely ridiculous! I don't know how they're still operating with the current staff and management if this is how they're treating...

I placed an order on the online app using my husband's account when placing my order I had changed the delivery address from his place of business to my brother in laws house (where we were visiting) when I did it asked me for a phone number so I put my husbands number down. When our delivery got there our bread sticks were missing. When I finally was able to speak with some at the store (was told he was manager) I gave him the phone number I put in and he repetitively told I'm sorry we don't have an order for you and it was impossible we delivered to you. I was like if that so why is your address on my receipt. I had asked him if there was another way he could look up my order maybe by the address it was delivered to.... he then told me no. He then asked me what number was in my receipt and I told him there was nothing on there but the ticket number and my card number and total. He then told me I was reading it wrong and he promised me it was on there. After 10 mins on the phone and him arguing with that there was no way they delivered to me and that I don't know how to read he finally got some one to help him who was able to look my order up my address and what would you know I did have and order. Worst experience ever I'll stick...
Read moreHave ordered at this location multiple times, food is great, but just had a terrible experience. There was only one older guy working at around 11:30 who honestly has such a displeasing attitude. He was did not show any kindness or understanding when we mentioned we might have gotten the wrong order. When we said we would order again, he got annoyed saying he had to close soon (there was thirty minutes left). We went to order again in the parking lot and he came out to ask if we were really going to order since he wanted to close early. He closed the shop around 11:40 and sat in his car even though the shop closes at 12. Truly have never seen this happen in any Pizza Hut and am severly disappointed! Please only hold a business/work in a franchise if you can handle working while providing an adequate, comfortable environment. You don’t have to be the world’s nicest person, but this guy really was so incredibly rude. I understand that people to through things, but the real world does not always take that into account. Will only order from the Dominos 0.3 miles away. We never have a bad experience there! Do better...
