I've come here many times and the staff is always very friendly and upbeat. Tonight, however, in particular, my boyfriend and I had an awesome experience. The order-taker asked me if I wanted to add a "sonic sunrise" to my order, and I just said no. Then, talking with my boyfriend, I was like, what is a sonic sunrise anyway? So he called the guy back (Jason) on the thing and Jason said it was a chere limeade with a splash of orange juice. My boyfriend said that sounds terrible, and I agreed, but Jason said "it sounds terrible, but it's actually fantastic!" Once we stopped talking to him, we were joking about asking our server to get Jason to come out here and tell us what he really thinks of this "sonic sunrise". Read moreFor the past several weeks I’ve gone during Happy Hour it’s been getting worse and worse. I mainly go just to get tea or green tea, simple right? Would be. It seems that this specific location has personal picks on who they want to serve because I’ve constantly had to wait there anywhere from 15-30 minutes before putting my order in, and during that time other people would pull up, get their order in, and receive them before I ever got the chance of doing so. The past couple days this happened to the point two, sometimes even three, other people would drive up alongside me or across from me to put in their order and receive it before I got any chance to.

Read moreSo I came here as a Sonic closer to me just let me down for the final time and oh my goodness the difference is night and day. This place is aesthetically beautiful, has great shade, quick service, decent pricing, good food, and get this!
So I pull in and give my order. I can't really understand the dude in the machine and he can't understand me. Immediately he exits the restaurant and walks over to the car to apologize, explain he can't hear due to the wind blowing into the mic, and take my order personally. This is a place that takes customer service seriously holy cow. I just expected to talk into a machine and actually get my food this time but this place goes above and beyond.
