Rice Garden — Restaurant in McKinney

I thought this place was great! unfortunately I did have some problems with my order and I should’ve checked but I ordered chicken fried rice and ask them to add shrimp (2 extra). When I got home and looked at the rice, and dug through it with a fork I noticed there was no shrimp and that the chicken literally just looks like plain chicken not even seasoned. Also there was way too much egg for my liking but of course it was my first time ordering from here so I wouldn’t have known how they prepared it. The sesame chicken was delicious. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but with the steamed rice, it perfectly balanced out. I also got the strawberry milk tea and it was fantastic. I also got the beef eggroll and it was delicious since I got the lunch combo it included the veggie egg roll but it was too soggy I did not enjoy the filling. Do not eat here, rude and disrespectful the male staff. Went to pick up an order for a customer. I let the male staff know the customer asked for sauce he started throwing the sauce in the bag and took back the chop sticks. I asked for it and he said the customer did not request chop sticks with an attitude. He pointed at the bag for me to take it. I asked what is the problem and he asked what is my problem. I left with the customer food and said have a blessed day. Why have an attitude with the driver who is picking up food from your restaurant which is helping you bring in revenue. I let the customer know that I had a bad experience at this establishment. She said I am sorry. This was her first time ordering here they came by her job and left menus to order food from there. My husband and I ordered food for delivery from there. I ordered cashew chicken and the cashews were not in it. I called the restaurant and the lady said her partner may have left them out by accident. I kindly asked if it would be possible for the delivery driver to swing by a cashew chicken. I am not that picky, but cashew chicken is really not the same without them. She said no problem, would take 20% off my cashew chicken next time I order. I asked 2 more times if a driver could bring me a cashew chicken because I wanted that today since I ordered it, if possible. It just kept circling back to yes next time you call I take 20% off your cashew chicken order. I gave up, Won’t be ordering from there again if that is the customer service they offer.
