I have no idea why I returned over here after literally boycotting them, but just having friends in this field managing them I felt bad for letting a business down that was built over the years to such high standards so I return and unfortunately this horrible location has to be next to me where the customers are treated like trash if you are not white Caucasian American they are incredibly racist towards ethnic backgrounds. They are rude. They slam things they try to bully you when you stay calm and holding your composure, they get even more upset about it. It’s insane. I had not walked in the store for a year and the lady said she knew that I had an issue with their Matcha and I questioned her if she remembered me from a year ago and then she stopped and paused Because how do you remember someone from a year ago? I was so held back and confused. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person that has ever had an issue with a drink and I don’t yell and I don’t scream I don’t look like a clown a very simple person very subtle tone I don’t throw my hands in the air, the way that they were tossing all the drinks in the air and slamming it and arguing not argumentative at all so I’m so confused as to how they locked in so many ways as a manager.
I placed my drinks order at 6:44 AM. They were ready by 733. I picked them up at 8:15. They weren’t made right so I asked how they looked a certain way And she kept on repeating that they were made an hour ago, and I repeated to her that my concern was not that it was made an hour ago. The ice is still there It hasn’t melted. It’s still cold. It’s OK. My concern is the color of my drink telling me that it wasn’t made the way that I had placed my order the density of the milk over the matcha powder Then, like a condescending person, it was made in front of me in the sloppiest way wish I wouldn’t feed my arch nemesis And I’ve paid for the service out of business. I was so confused and instead of asking her or telling her how nasty Being I kindly still help my composure inside. Can I get clean cups, please and still hand it to me with the Matcha dripping off the bottom and still made disgusting. I don’t know what was wrong, but I would’ve said that she was just having a bad day until she said she remembered me. That’s where I draw the line and I know that it had to be something towards me So if there’s a crazy person like that in this field, I suggest that that should not be something that should be supported. If you read someone’s name and you’re making their drink and you remember them from a year ago, then why not go ahead and make it right so that person doesn’t have room...
Read moreI came to this location to switch up my routine and to get a change in scenery while studying and I have so many regrets. The environment was not warm and welcoming at all. The lady who took my order just stared at me like I was a foreign object. No hi, thank you or anything. No one yelled out to inform me that my drink was ready as it was just sitting in the counter. Thankfully I looked back and saw it, otherwise it would have watered down. After completing my first drink, I went back for a refill and was told that I had to be charged for brown sugar syrup and the caramel syrup(rang up free). I didn’t not care about paying the .87 cents. Her tone and body language about charging me for the .87 cents was just so off putting and kind of rude. When I leave here, I won’t be back. The place is too new to be this unwelcoming. Do better guys it’s 2025, we all are struggling! It costs...

Today i went in, ordered oved espresso like i drink twice a day from starbucks, i also got a Cheese and fruit box, sat down, box was old, bread was hard, cheese was soured, apples were wilted. Went to the register, quietly slid the box across the counter, said this is old, it tastes old. Both girls gave me a very, You're lying look, or i guess scoffed at me. Anyway, i left, didn't ask for my money back. The staff here has very poor attitudes.
