The salad bar for 20 certainly seemed like a deal if you like oysters. At 20 you got a buck a shuck. There is good variety with hot items on one side (tonight had tilapia, sauteed mushrooms, rice, fejola beans and lobster bisque) There was a little bit of sushi, smoked salmon, roasted veggies, Olives, tuna tataki, raw oysters and more. I would have liked it if they had Tabasco and lemon on the bar, they had cocktail sauce and horseradish. Pro tip: They do have some sauces on the bar like chimichurri and mint, so you might want to grab those before your meat arrived. With the meat its 40 dollars. Both options are good. Parking is ample since it's located inside the Grand casino. We were told it can be difficult to find but we didn't have much of an issue coming from the hotel side We did have an issue where I received something i was allergic to. The staff was very friendly and apologetic about it. They offered free dessert to make up for it.

Service was good salad bar was very good. Many selections of different types of food. Sushi and Lobster soup etc. The real reason to eat there is for the meat the steak. I have been to many BRAZILLIAN steak places similar to this in the Dallas/Plano texas area. The meat was so salty my wife refused to eat any more meat than their first trip to the table. All of the steak was dry and I found it to be a little too salty as well. But mostly the meat was missing good flavor. Potatoes were good the bread great. Our server Mitchell did an excellent job. So in closing Service A+, Meat D+, Salad A+. Overall too expensive for not good meat. Better off to just go to resteraunt elsewhere in my opinion. No we didn’t complain to the manager. Not looking for free meal. Just don’t go there thinking it’s going to be amazing, you might be disappointed.

The food was good, the chicken was the most impressive...the flavor was so explosive and delicious. I just don't understand why you serve prosciutto and Genoa with cheddar and not Italian cheeses like provolone. I would like to see some rotation of your staple items on the buffet. The rice, lobster bisque, tilapia, (think Chicken Piccata or Marsala.). Maybe, rotate with some different kinds of rice, baby bakers, different chowders, and lentil soups. I skipped a lot on my second visit because it was boring, bland. And redundant. The service was great 👍 we will be back. Expect to spend about $100 apiece for a satisfying experience. oh, one more thing... Having affordable wine was a nice courtesy for us average guys with humble budgets. THANKS, See ya soon!

I reserved a table at the Flame restaurant in the Firelake Grand Casino two weeks ago for Valentine’s Day. I will NEVER go back, the service was horrible and the salad bar had not been restocked. This is supposed to be a high class restaurant and it was a horrible experience. We saw our waitress twice in an hour once about 15 min after we sat down and again when I handed her my credit card as she walked by indicating we were ready to leave. The manager even came by and asked how we were doing and I told him it was bad and we still didn’t see our waitress. This place is supposed to be set up as a Brazilian Steakhouse where a variety of meats are brought out to you already prepared to your liking, they even ask you how you would like your meats prepared. When we initially sat down we were asked what we would like to drink by the hostess however we did not receive our drinks for 15 min and they forgot my drink, I waited over 30 min for it to arrive and the manager came by to ask us how our meal was and I told him we have only seen our waitress once and I was still waiting on my drink and that we hadn’t been seen a Gaucho (the people who bring out the Steak) in over 20 min. he said he was sorry and would take care of it. I finally received my drink about 15 min later and it was warm. The meat did start showing up however it was not cooked to the way we had asked for and I began to notice that everyone was getting served the same meats off the skewers as we were so unless everyone in the restaurant ordered their meat cooked the same way then there was no way it was cooked to our specification. As I said before we only saw our waitress twice once when she brought us a couple of glasses of water and Beth’s Diet Coke and again after I handed her my credit card indicating we were ready to leave. We ran out of water 15 min into the meal and were never checked on again during the hour and a half we were there. This is not a cheap place to eat the total bill for two was $98.00 which is what I expected to pay for the experience however I did not to expect to have such a bad experience. The salad bar is better at the Golden Corral than this place and the service was absolutely horrible. I will never go back to this place as it was a horrible experience that was planned two...

Updating my review from 2 years ago.

My Family and I have been to the Flame many of times and have had amazing services, until our last couple of visits.

our very latest visit, in early July.. our reservation for my Birthday was over an hour delayed due to some technical issues with there system and then became cash only, which was not problem, as an ATM was next door.

We did get our requested table (by the chefs window), as our kids think it is really awesome to see it all being done.

Service was poor, we were having to ask for a refill on our drinks every time after sitting awhile empty, not getting any of the bananas or potatoes offered to us, we just didn't feel taken care of, and it's been happening more often within the past 6-8 months.

The meat servers are really professional, but getting them to bring anything around was tough, we would get asked by the waiter every time if "there was a special cut of meat we would like", it used to be you just kept bringing it around? it puts us in an awkward situation, not having to ask for something every time and it may or may not get to us..

as for the meat, it has been good. I would recommend the pineapple getting a bit more time on the fire.

and my final complaint, would be about the staff members joking as we left that I only left a $3.00 Tip. and I'm guessing they didn't get the point, because they should have made the attempt on how they could have done better.. especially after waiting out over an hour, with our two kiddos because it was my birthday and was were I wanted to go.. Want a $100 tip, earn it. like you used too.

This is not "The Flame" it used to be, you...

So the service was great! We had a reservation got a seated quickly. Our waitress came and explained how everything worked and we were off. I will start with I loved the dessert I had. It was delicious and I wish they had an endless buffet of that instead of the meat and salad bar. Honestly I'm more of a simple basic meat person I also do not like rare meats at all, so I didn't necessarily like the food all that much that being said I am picky! The salad bar was okay I would have wanted some other toppings that weren't there like ham, cheese, boiled eggs just other basic stuff. They also had alot of sea food out to chose from which again not my thing if it's not fresh from the ocean like today or yesterday I'm good I'll pass. When I was told they had alot of side dishes I was disappointed I wanted just basic Oklahoma side dishes. They did have mashed potatoes which they finally brought to the table and they were delicious!! The bread the have is weird it was gummy texture and had zero flavor so I personally wouldn't go back as a picky eater. My husband on the other hand loved pretty much everything except the sushi which he doesn't like anyways he just figured why not try it again and see. He said he'd be back with his brothers anyway as they would all love it. So if you're picky this might not be the...
