I went back to Sushi Kyo today, I walk using a walker and so the first thing I notice is the door heavy or lite. Sushi Kyo's door was lite so, kudos for Sushi Kyo for being handicap friendly! I was greeted right away by a young man and I told him I had never been in here before and he explained that you just pick a place to sit down and the food came to me. There was a mini converbelt that just went round and round the room in between the booths and tables and I just picked out what looked good to me. So, I sat down in a booth and watched the food go round and round my booth. They had colored plates so you knew how much it would cost you for your food. The red plates cost $1.35, yellow plates were $1.85, green plates cost $2.15 and the blue plates cost $2.45. It was a pretty cool idea. They prepare all kinds of sushi dishes but they also had plates with desserts on them. I picked a blue plate with cheesecake on it. I was a little skeptical about trying raw fish. So, I choose another blue plate with what looked like tiny eggs on top of rice. I have to admit, it was pretty good. Maybe the next time I come and I will come again, maybe I'll try some sushi. If your looking for something different then definitely go to Sushi Kyo's they have great customer service and a different dining experience but they won't steer you wrong. But if you don't like spicy hot foods then stay away from the food that has an orange sauce on it because I've been told...
Read moreWhat a fun place to take your family! There are sushi places that are fancier, but not better. Their portions of fish on their sushi are very generous. The prices are reasonable. Absolutely our favorite place!
Every time the service is A+. They go above and beyond. Our grandson is 2 and he recognizes Calvin every time we go in, because he is so kind and funny. He is by far our favorite server.

Read moreThis is the best sushi place ever! The people are super friendly, they are not intrusive, but make sure you have what you are hoping for. The slices fish on pillows of rice rice are super generous! Everything is as expected. I always get the cucumber salad, edamame, stuffed mushrooms, and salad rolls. Another favorite of mine is the sesame balls. The Salmon and Tuna are always tender and tasty. I've gotten a side of fried calamari and have never been disappointed. You can pull interesting plates off the sushi train or order plates from the menu. There isn't a reason not to go to this sushi restaurant. I never regret visiting this sushi restaurant. Highly...
