I walk using a walker and whenever I find a business with a lite door I give out kudos to the business and The Green Heart definitely gets kudos, their door was lite as air. I was greeted right away by a nice young lady and I said hi in return. I explained how I've been meaning to stop by so today I made myself stop and I am glad I did their shop is small but they have it set up nicely. They sell Cannabis 1 and a half grams for $18.00 and 4 grams for $42.00 and they grow their own product. They have edibles in different flavors, topical the oil and balm kind and they have skin patches, CBC bath salts. They have herbal supplements, herbs all bottled up to go. They also sell scented candles, lotions, scrubs and bubble bath. Great customer service. I have been here several times and it was a very good experience both with selection and staff but tonight was different. I was being helped by the girl there looking at flower and after I chose I was asked if I wanted anything else and I asked about joints. The guy on shift suggested a few and I chose one and he handed it to the girl who then refused to ring me up saying "I don't like it when 2 people help the same customer so you ring her up now" then walked away! I thought she was incredibly rude to her coworker and she seemed to be annoyed to have talk to me the entire time she was "helping me". If she is on shift next time I think I will explore my options and buy my cannabis elsewhere. I hope for her coworkers sake that this was just an off night for her cuz I wouldn't want to...

I’m excited to see it grow in the years to come, but I am disappointed in the Budtender in the last visit. She was very nice and personable but her knowledge on products was poor. She asked us what we were looking for. We told her high percentage prerolls in Indica that burn nicely. She told us the twax joint they just got in was super nice and high percentage and burned nicely and didn’t run. Got home and looked at the joint and realized we made a mistake, cuz this twax joint was from greenhearts old inventory, and it was only 20%.
