This was a very frustrating experience going through the drive thru tonight. I’ve been going to Braun’s since I was a little girl and have always had excellent customer service. The staff is always super nice and the food is bomb! Buuut then there was tonight. My boyfriend ordered at the drive thru first of all he asked for extra onions extra mushrooms on his burger and the guy putting in the order put “extra mustard “ on a burger that doesn’t have mustard on it to begin with. Then my bf pulls to the window, corrects the mistake made on the screen and is met with nothing but attitude. The mistake of the mustard was not corrected so not only did the guy at the window make a big deal about needing to correct the order in the computer but didn’t even make the effort to make sure the order we were paying for was corrected when being made. After getting our food and before pulling away my boyfriend asked if the sauce he’d asked for was in the bag and yet again the guy at the window huffed and puffed, rolled his eyes and got the sauce that should have been in the bag to begin with seeing as we asked for it at the speaker. That wasn’t the end of the attitude. My boyfriend was trying to be nice thinking maybe the kid had a rough day so before pulling away he said “alright man have a good night, take care” and the guy at the window shut the glass in his face before he could finish his sentence. The cherry on top of this crappy experience was when we get home. One of our burgers was literally falling out of the wrapper, all of the topping are now on the wrapped and not the burger and the other looks like it was just thrown into the wrapping and smushed down into the bottom of the bag.
Managers keep en eye on your workers. If they’re having a shit day maybe don’t have them working the window? The first guy that took our order was fine, miss hearing someone is normal on a speaker but the guy at the window who was not trying to hide his emotions and made us feel like we were causing him so much trouble for expecting him to do what he is paid to do is a...

Today we were there around 2:45pm at the McPherson store. we finished our ice cream and went to buy some milk. We got in line to pay with one customer in front of us that had been there. We proceeded to stand there. I went up to the food ordering register to get someone.I was told by a younger employee " I'm going on break." I assumed she would get someone else to assist the grocery line. She did not. There were 4 employees sitting together on break at this time. My daughter goes up to the counter again and asks for help. The young gal taking orders came over and checked us out. By this point there were 2 more employees on break. So a total of 6. With 2 separate customers standing in the grocery line waiting. This doesn't make sense to me. In my career the customer comes first, whether I'm on break or not. The customer pays the employees paychecks basically. I think some training is needed for the younger employees. I would never had said "I'm going on break" and left the...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I went to this Braums for breakfast yesterday morning and i cant say i have had a worse fast food experience. We walked in, and you could almost already tell that things in the restaurant weren't running smoothly because it was taking the cashier 5 minutes to take any given customers order. We stood in line for about 15 minutes before even getting to order our food. Once ordered we sat down at a booth and i kid you not we did not get our food for an an Hour and 20 minutes and we were not the only ones. People were going up to get their money back and leave and it was very tempting! Can't Blame these people. When new customers walked in the door to see and hear the complaints from everybody else who had already ordered, they walked right back out as they should. They had drive through cars waiting at the window for 30+ minutes. What could have changed this experience for the people who did stay and wait for their food would have been some sort of compensation, however there was nothing.
