McDonald's — Restaurant in McPherson

This restaurant has really gone downhill over the past few years. I arrived in the drive thru around 6:35pm and made my order while approximately 4 cars had been in front of me, one of the items I ordered was a grilled chicken wrap with extra ranch after waiting for approximately 10 minutes for my order I had looked to check that we had received our order. Looking into the bag we noticed the items but the wraps had been mislabeled with the wrong color paper so I then checked the item shockingly to find a 3/4inch strip of grilled chicken on an item that cost 1.89$ I then went in to complain only to find the manager on duty to be making orders, she then raised her voice saying to me "those items have extra ranch on them" I then explained to the gentleman at the counter that I had been wrongly cheated out of chicken on the item, he then opened the wrap to see the small piece of chicken and went back to say something to the manager on the line and then he threw the item away saying that she had told him "that was all the grilled chicken that she had so that's what I received. I was then TOLD to have a seat because they had to make new chicken. I waited approximately 10 minutes to receive a new wrap, with no apology given. Once I got home I got to looking at my other wraps only to find NONE of them had EXTRA ranch which i paid extra for. After being there for a half hour for an order there was no way after the manager treated me the way she did was I going to return to the location again today. I will be following up with management tomorrow along with trying to contact the district manager over this visit. I doubt I will return to this...

This specific McDonald’s off the highway was an absolute disgrace! We pulled in and waited 10 minutes before we even got to the sign in the drive through to order. When we ordered we were surprised to find that the 9 locations owned in this series of franchises does not exchange and extra fry for apples in the happy meals. We were told it was due to “covid” reasons. Covid was over in 2020 and had no effect on the matter, nor anything else. Once we finally got our order in, taking multiple attempts for the staff to get right, we waited another 10 minutes to get to the first window to pay. Then another 10 to get to the second window with our food. Once there the kid working the window handed us a bag with 1 cheeseburger in it, we ordered for 5 people. He was confused and walked away to find someone, leaving the window unmanned for a few minutes. He came back and handed us our order, which was missing things and he hadn’t even gotten our drinks ready at this point. The kid at the window was high as a kite. We told him we didn’t get any ketchup in the bag so he went and grabbed 1 single packet and asked if that was enough. We said no and he lifted up the box and said “well it’s all gone, but I can try and open another box from the back.” He walked away again and was gone for over 3 minutes. We left at that point, legend has it he may still be getting the new box of ketchup. Terribly run location, poor management with workers on drugs not knowing how to prepare an order. Disappointing because it’s McDonald’s, fast food, the easiest job there is. Don’t go here they don’t deserve...

This is honestly the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I have witnessed a manager scream at an employee for not the employee's mistake but the manager's, 99% of the time I either get the wrong food, old food, or I'm missing food, and many of the employee's are incredibly rude. My most recent experience at this McDonald's is by far the most infuriating. All the food was disgusting and old, and I was missing a large fry. I live on the other side of town, so I had to waste the gas to go back to actually get my food replaced. They only replaced one out of two orders of nuggets, and the fries I got were all dumped out in the bag almost like they just put the fries in and then threw the container on top. Not only that but the employee's were down right rude. I always try to give places multiple chances and I understand that mistakes happen, but there is no excuse to get an attitude when someone points out...
