Busy store, great location, on the bus-line and open early hours under normal circumstances with the drive-thru round back.

Immaculately clean including both bathrooms. Staff always friendly and reliable.

Plus local perks like the young man who remembers that my favorite morning coffee is peculiar and begins making it when he sees me.

This small store is a surprisingly comfortable lounge/study spot for members of the community across the spectrum....when we are not in a pandemic of course. (Wi-Fi, USB, electrical outlets, good vibes, tables and counters)

Bottom Line: The drinks and food are fresh, orders are easily tailor-made, adjusted and replaced upon request. The team cooperates well and handles heavy rushes efficiently. (drive-thru is congested business) Sufficient parking when you include the local neighborhood to the on-site lot.

Special dietary requirements bewareAs of the last several months the quality of service has greatly declined. Today being the worst. I have anxiety and high BP and have switched to decaf bc I'm very sensitive to caffine. After arriving at work today I started feeling the affects off the caffine from the "decaf" coffe i ordered and I said to my co workers theres no way this is decaf. They said they could tell bc i was amped up. And now as I sit here at almost 2 am bc I can't sleep I'm writing this review. This is what happens when I used to drink caffine. This is extremely concerning as it affects not only my mood but my health. God forbid a diabetic asks for sugar free options and they just make whatever they feel like they're going to seriously harm someone. I will never be going back here. I'd rather drive out of my way than go back again.

The morning manager “Claudia”?(older Portuguese lady with white hair) is sooo rude to her staff& the customers! I went this morning for an iced coffee I was using my gift card. I was 40 cents short before I had any time to give her the change she walks away to make the coffee... I go to wait for the coffee expecting she had let it go and she made sure to yell and get my attention from the other side(mind you there was a line out the door) to tell me “you don’t have enough money”! I had originally left 25 cents without realizing it was 40 cents my bad.. long story short I got yelled at for not even 25 cents and the coffee she made was straight trash. Super degrading women feel bad for the staff I once heard her harass her staff for “going to the bathroom when there are customers you know better”. Give me a ** break! Side note, I wouldn’t recommend buying food here staff wear same gloves to change the trash and go right back to touch the food!!...
