For Online/Uber Eats orders only: Overall very disappointingly inconsistent, but good value when they deliver properly.

The food is overly salted and the service is the worst I’ve experienced in 5 years.

We ordered 2 alcoholic drinks. Neither of them had alcohol, and one of them was the complete wrong flavor. We asked for rice and beans, and only got the beans, but they were pinto instead of black, even though we specified black beans.

Once the (wrong) food was delivered, our waitress never once came over to ask us if we needed anything, so we weren’t able to ask for the missing food. We had to go to the front to ask if we could check out since we were waiting 20 minutes to box up our food.

To top it off, an automatic 20% gratuity was added with no mention of it from our waitress or on the menu. When we were trying to figure out where the extra money was added the waitress tried to grab the card reader out of our hands and it created an incredibly awkward situation.

I would avoid this place at all costs, as there are much better Brazilian restaurants...

Need better food labeling practices.

Really great baked goods and barbque, I'm sure that the Brazilian locals enjoy all of the food inspired by the homeland.

However it's pretty clear that they do not have a really good protocol in place to inform diners about allergies and dietary restrictions. I base this on 2 very distinct experience I've had at both the bakery and the restaurant.

I've restricted pork and pork products from my diet ever since I was a child because of religious reasons and although I am no longer stead fast to my religious beliefs I still do not consume pork.

On both of these occasions I was served food that had ham in it. If I was Muslim this would be deeply offensive to me. I asked what a pastry was filled with and was told it was chicken with no mention of ham. It wasn't until I took a huge bite that I found ham in the pastry.
