It's a cool place lots of art as you go in and more important it has a good selection and good prices I've got a 20$ 8th and was happy but they have a large selection and you can spend 40 and get plenty of terps and tac like my buddy I went with did and ya it's definitely better but for twice as much should be lol but the coolest thing that you won't see even though we're finally getting enough compition it's worth it to go to the store but this place has a drink store get there before 745 they close at 8 but nobody likes having a customer come when you are about to lock up you see someone running towards you I worked retail a really long time ago but some things don't change 😂 and just a tip for people that have never worked retail and tip your bud tender but go before 745 lol but get ready to be super impressed I lived in Cali been to biggest cannabis store in the country in Vegas overrated but I was really impressed and it takes a lot to impress me yes I would like a few more soda flavors compared to Seltzer but in Cali I'd see one or two coolers they have idk 6-8 coolers if not more the ones with glass doors and they have id guess well over a hundred different kinds I so maybe get some different things to try and they are the best prices in MA and id be willing to bet New England and you can just buy one of almost anything but check it out and if your like me and think of 5 mg isn't that much you can buy 100 mg thing of flavorless...

Absolutely loved this place. I forgot my money so I ended up coming back a second time in the same day, and both people who helped me were wonderful. When I came in, I asked the first person for his recommendations, and he was so happy to not only give me his recs, but explain in-depth. He was very knowledgeable, yet 100% down to earth and friendly when giving the information. I didn’t want to feel like a bother with my questions, and instead, he was actually thrilled that I was asking - and told me so! And even though they were close to closing and there were still a few people in line, he really took his time with helping me and I never felt rushed in the slightest.

Both people I talked to were warm, kind, and seemed to be in great spirits (even though I was there at the end of the night). The first guy was amazing for reasons stated above and the second guy was similarly friendly, and he was singing along with the music playing. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names, but they really made my day.

The person taking ID in front was also super nice, and offered to open the doors for me even though they were already locked when I came back the second time. From how chill the staff is, you would think this place was located down South or something! As a lifelong Bostonian, I was shocked. I would come back regardless of what they were selling. That being said, the $5 pre-rolls are enough to keep me coming back...

I had very bad experience with two employees young boy and a older lady in her late '60s for my awful experience she put me through .

Older lady doesn't look like she can handle her position because the simple facts that there was more customers at the last minute of her shift and I only see her take care of one customer since i been there. She was walking back and forth. the other was about to take a brake from me hearing them knowing . That customers come first you take care of customers while they're there that's what's custome service is all about taking care of customer no professionalism there . You need to go back and study customer service.

I move to another counter because the other employees energy was so bad the other person was smiling and patiently waiting and I thought it was best to go to Jeremy. Supervisor please contact me ASAP
