Pizza Days — Restaurant in Medford

I wrote in the instructions online "can you place my toppings in this order please" And listed the order. I do this because I have been shafted my extra cheese before and this way I know I have extra cheese

I look at the pizza before leaving, and said I'm sorry but this isn't the way I asked for it "O well I put all the toppings on correctly"

Uh this doesn't look like extra cheese and it's not in the order I asked "You didn't ask for a specific order"

Yes I did sir I asked for it to go .... (my specific order)

"No you didn't"

.......can you pull up my order

"yes I read here it just lists the toppings again but you never said to put it any special way"

....can we look at it together please? Ok see here, what does it say....?

I originally gave this place 5 stars 7 months prior

But when you order any type of vegetable you get literally nothing When you order protein pepperoni you get so much it's awesome but I couldn't believe how little I got, and rather than make a complaint I just let it roll cause I come here so much I don't want to be upset or have things go awry, maybe it was a one time thing

Then it wasn't

Then I started not getting all my toppings

One time I even got someone else's order...completely

I was half home and had to come back

I started putting instructions in

It worked once I put them in again, got no extra cheese

And then finally tonight

I have brought so many people to y'all

I loved this place cause I work late and it's awesome getting pizza for $6, even tho most of my bills have gone basically 15 because of toppings.

This place will never ever again...

Pizza Days is one of the few which still serves a decently thick crust rather than the stuff that's thinner than the box, and that's even before you go to the thicker styles I prefer. And they're open late and deliver late, since they serve the student community. Toppings aren't gourmet, but they're good quality and decent quantity. It's no Bel Cantos, for those who remember them... But it's honest food at a fair price, which is usually what I want and expect in a pizza.

The one thing I find annoying is that their time-to-delivery guesstimator has been broken for years. They really should just remove it from the app and the website. I usually figure on half an hour off-peak and don't worry about it; if precise time was critical I wouldn't be ordering delivery in the first place.

I haven't found an option I like better that delivers to my neighborhood. That's.goid enough for four...

One of the worst restaurants you can order pizza at late night. First thing first none of the food they sell are prepared at the restaurant. They are mostly precooked frozen food they heat at pizza oven and sell it. Non of the kitchen staff ever wear food safety gloves. Pizza is made bare hands. If you’re a vegetarian avoid this place at any cost because the pizza cutter is the same regardless of the type of pizza you order. Secondly, Delivery fee is 3.99 which is not paid to the drivers. Owner of the restaurant gets to keep it. How much will you tip for driver if you order $10 worth of pizza with $3.99 delivery fee?

Finally, There is no guarantee what time your food will arrive. Therefore, is it a waste of your time and money to order food from...
