Tasty Cafe & Kitchen — Restaurant in Medford

We have given this place plenty of chances through out easily avoided issues. The first one was back when Grub Hub was bought by Foodler. Didn't want to use Grub Hub at first and was calling and using cash. Got and attitude on the phone, but with how busy they can be I was forgiving. I am not forgiving when a delivery driver comes to my house 3 deliveries in a row who can't count change and who doesn't even show up with the enough money to make change. He had to have known it was a cash sale before he left the Cafe. After not tipping him the third time because tipping is for good service. The Owner/Manager showed up with my next delivery asking why I am not using Grub hub and how he doesn't want to do cash. We stopped ordering for months. Went back to ordering and every delivery sense then has been messed up in some way. This past time they put extra effort into ruining our food that we paid them for. Three orders of eggs Benedict. All but one of the poached eggs were over cooked. Potatoes were still raw. And there was absolutely no Hollandaise sauce on one the dishes. This has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. Tell me why I had placed an order and not only did it take sooo long but, the food that I had ordered was finally finished and I took one look at it and guess what.They had included something that I did not order and I didn’t even mention it. I KNOW that they knew they put that because when I went to go talk to them about it they had the NERVEEE to just LAUGH?!!!??? About it!? Plus they even started making fun of me and treated me with the ABSOLUTE worst customer service. What kind of treatment is this????
