Starbucks — Restaurant in Medford

Drinks were perfect. Two black ice teas. Restroom was clean enough to be acceptable. Clerks nice, other customers weird or rude. When did it become the rule to stand back 8 feet from the counter until spoken to by barista?

The fella in front of me kept leaning forward to study the food at the counter display and then stepping back to an imaginary place, nearly stepping on my toes. I suggested that it would be okay if he wanted to stay at the counter. No one was there. He asked me if I needed him to do that. I hope he could see the puzzled look on my face explained that I didn't get why he said that. I said, "no" to that weird remark and looked away. He said no more to me as the barista finally invited him forward.

3 different times they gave me the wrong drink and after letting them know in as nice a way as I possibly can, they are rude and mean and act like it's my fault. Then this time one lady said I could keep the messed up drink since they were gonna dump it anyway. And the next lady walks up and grabs both my drinks to dump. I told her the other lady said I could keep tht and the other drinks fine. She replied in a very snooty way "if it's wrong then why would you want it... Well cause the lady said I could and my husband would drink it since I wont... I didn't say tht last sentence just thought it. She continued to dump the drink...... This is my continuall experience with this one Starbucks shop....otherwise as far as there coffee and service other places is great. Terrible service & rudest customer service ever. I had come in to do a pick-up order and they said on the app it was done so I went in. Wasn’t done, big shocker! I’m on my way to work every day when I come, I had gone inside to pick up bc I was wanting to have them remake an order they didn’t make correctly yesterday and I was told by this individual they usually won’t be able to remake this and she asked why I didn’t come yesterday, like I mentioned before I was on my way to work and I don’t complain a lot about my drinks here but I filed a complaint and asked if they could remake bc I ended up throwing the drink away because it literally didn’t taste the same due to them adding a crap ton of ice to a matcha latte.
