The barista was very rude, horrible customer service, and very unprofessional. After sharing how disappointing this experience was with the barista with just a simple " horrible customer service" she said "Oh yeah!?" while bobbing her head very sassy and in a mocking manner and just stared me down and ended up walking away without saying anything else. I did not get her name, but she has hiking boots tattooed on her upper arm. This experience happened on April 30th so if management does read these reviews, I hope they can pull the footage from this morning and see the experience and how their employees are treating their customers. It was very unapologetic and felt like "and so what?...

My wife Kelly and I were in Medford for Christmas visiting relatives. We happened upon this coffee establishment and man were we happy we did. There were quite a few cars in line both directions when Kelly and i walked up up to the front with our stroller. Rachael, who happened to be in her nightgown, was so bubbly, took our order quickly and happily though they were really busy and fixed us a terrific cup of coffee. That night we went back and Nguyen waited on us, this time in a car. Same carefree lovely smiles and accurate work. This place seems out of place anywhere to have this kind of super friendly staff who genuinely seen to really want to help you. ...

I stopped here for a coffee after work today, big mistake. I ordered 2 coffees, the lady handed them to me and as I attempted to put them in the cup holders of my car, the lids came off and coffee went all over the place! I told her about it and her lame response was ' oh we have been having trouble with the lids'. Really, maybe you could have told me that BEFORE I purchased my drinks! I couldn't believe that I had to ask for a paper towel from her, otherwise I don't think she had enough brains to think of that! What an idiot! I will never go there again! I hope it does don't ruin my gear shift, that's where the majority of the coffee spilled...
