I really enjoy Tommy G's for what it has to offer. They are open very early for people who have a early morning shift or anyone just passing through medical lake. The owner is a very wonderful woman who works hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. Usually with drive thru coffee shops you either get speedy service or high quality coffee, but here you delightfully get both! The coffee is good (a little too sweet sometimes for my taste) and their breakfast offerings are really good. The gal I’ve seen there a couple times is super sweet and wonderful. I’m giving it 3 stars because the service is SLOW. I wouldn’t mind if it were a coffee shop but as a coffee stand, there’s been multiple times I cannot wait in the line long enough to get to the order window and have to leave. Tommy G’s is a new favorite of mine! The employee I spoke with this morning was incredibly kind and helpful. This place has to be a favorite among the locals because it was busy-busy! Their hot chocolate is the best and their muffins are incredible. I love the vibe of this establishment and the stuff they had posted. The only thing I’d rag them on is their outdated menu that’s posted. As a first time customer, I didn’t know what was still current vs what wasn’t.
