Okay...where do I start? I decided to go to this location today having not gone for 8 months. Why? Eight months ago and leading up to that, not only was the customer service terrible, the quality was equally as bad (double-digit bad experiences). For example, too many times to count, the oven would be down and I wouldn't be able to order hot food specifically hash browns for my little one. Or went there really early in the morning before going on a couple hour road trip, the family stops in to get food and coffee...both my wife's and my coffee was, I'm pretty sure, from the previous day and warmed up. Not only was it only filled up halfway, it was burnt. Those are but a few examples, so I said I would never go back and waste my money there.
But today I relented. Decided I'd take my two little ones for some donuts and food. We park and start heading into the lobby...door is locked. Hmmm...I see people inside. Ok...not a good sign but maybe I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps they're shorthanded. Fine. Cars are going through the drive-thru...guess we'll do that although I wanted to sit down with the kids. Ordering at the driver-thru...start with the basics...a dozen variety. Before I could finish I'm told that they're short on donuts. Wait, what?!? It's like 9:30am, and you know...the name of your business is Dunkin' DONUTS. Well, nevermind, I leave. I actually go to a different one ten minutes away, because my kids have it in their minds already they want Dunkin'. That one was just fine...ordered $40 worth of food from there. This one on Telegraph Road is the worst and I don't mean just the worst donut/coffee establishment...I mean the worst FOOD establishment period. They should be ashamed of themselves. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN CALLED RACIST!
My family and I were on our way to disney for a family Vacay. Keep in mind my wife is a minority. She is 100%Cambodian so my 3 kids are "colored". We came in ordered our food and waited 30 mins for 4 bacon wake up wraps. We approached the counter to Express our unhappiness of the time it took for our food. The employee said she forgot about us. I expressed it was unacceptable as I saw them laughing and making fun of people driving thru. The employee did not take the constructive criticism well and immediately copped an attitude. As I walked away in frustration she called me a racist. Then she began to pound her fist into her palm and said "these white people be getting to me!" All in front if my children. I immediately asked for management. The manager came out and heard us and she says "well did you get your bacon wraps?". No apology. No sincerity. Nothing. So this being said I will never go a dunkin donuts again. We will take our business elsewhere where we as Christian people of different ethnicity are respected and treated properly. We will pray for your employees and establishment cause it needs it. To pull the race card cause you didn't do your job is exactly what's wrong in this country. One of my closest friend is of color. Black to be exact and this experience has really made me uncomfortable and sad. Prayers...
Read moreThe worst Dunkin’ Donuts! Very rude workers and management!! Would not suggest you to go to this location unless you want to have a bad day. Unfortunately had to call corporate I’m not that type of person but I told the gentleman that this was the wrong drink and I did not order that. I am lactose intolerant and I ordered a frozen drink the first thing I asked if I can get almond milk in it and the lady said yes at the speaker. When I got to the window before they even took it out of the window I said that’s incorrect it has whip cream on it and it looks like mocha. I order Carmel the management got to the window and said it looks like mocha but it’s not take it I said no I don’t want it it’s not the right drink I ordered and he kept insisting it was Carmel. I just said I had to get to work so I took it and left. I don’t feel like arguing with a management that is very unprofessional and there’s was other people in-line at the drive-through so I didn’t want to hold the line up. I did unfortunately get sick from one sip my throat did close up and I gave the location a call and ask for the managements name and he’s the one who answered and said I’m not given you my name let me know what’s going on and I told him what happened and he said no I’m not giving my name and kept on saying he read the tickets then hung...
