Dunkin' — Restaurant in Melbourne

I went there because it is the closest dunkin to my house. The food was fine. Donuts usually dried out. I'm not saying they can't make good donuts, but 80 percent of the time I get donuts from this specific location, it is a disappointment. I only get donuts from here only when I’m desperate.

I write this review because one specific visit was about 15 minutes before they closed. I arrived at the window at 7:45pm, they closed at 8pm. Noone was talking on the drive thru, so I drove up to the window. I asked if I could order, the worker said “sure, but there is nothing to order. There is only coffee.” I asked, “not even a donut?”. the worker replied, “we just throw it out just now”. Very disappointing. I don't know how the paycheck hour system works there, but they should get paid for cleaning up after closing, so that they can serve people when the hours say...

I am friendly to everyone. Say hello , How are you doing?” My experience the other day was terrible. A young service attendant didn’t say a thing. I’m not a racist and greeted her the same way I do everyone else and thank them for their service. She was rude and said nothing and literally threw the bag at me. Unfortunately the hash browns was missing and I informed her of this. She said Nothing and closed the window and came back with a bag. No napkins and she was not happy and I even said please give me some napkins. We didn’t get a thank you or a greeting. Nothing! Would give this place a 0 if I could. I've gone to this location more than a handful of times and gotten frozen "hot food" like eggs in wraps for example. Coffee that was poorly made and bad to the taste.. bitter and unsweetened even in the "sweet" coffees... ok.. all this was occasional. I could deal and not complain until now. This morning my wife and I decided on coffee and wake up wrap before work. After waiting in line, I pulled up and asked a moment to look at the menu. I was told that was ok and to go ahead when ready. I took a brief moment and began ordering. The entire time I was then treated like a brother in intonation and the guy kept saying "sir" after every sentence in a rude and mocking way. I left the location without my order.
