I’m always willing to give an establishment the benefit of the doubt, but perhaps that was a mistake with this particular Dunkin . Last time I was here, I received a coffee that tasted suspiciously like plain hot water with a bit of cream added. It may not have been quite so disappointing if it were accompanied by decent customer service; however, that most certainly was not the case.
Fast forward to five minutes ago, and, once again, I’m shocked at the complete lack of regard or respect these employees demonstrate toward the customers who make it possible for them to collect a paycheck.
While perusing the drive through menu, we noticed it was lacking the flavors of donuts they carry. So, naturally, we asked the woman taking our order what flavors of donuts they had in stock. Her reply? We have 21 flavors.
“Um, okay? But, what are they?”
“We have 21 flavors.”
Okay, but what are they? They’re not listed on the menu out here.
“I don’t know where they are on the menu out there. We have 21 flavors.”
“Yes, I understand. But that does not tell me WHAT THOSE FLAVORS ARE. Can you list them?” (This went on for a few more rounds).
When she finally realized she wasn’t going to get by being lazy (how hard is it to walk literally 10 steps and read the flavors you currently have???) begrudgingly, she finally summoned up the motivation to list off the flavors.
Lord have mercy!!! How hard was that??? I mean, it’s not like you’re getting PAID to do this job or something...right?

   Read moreMy wife and I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts location on Saturday, Sept 27th at 11 am as we were heading out of town to West Palm Beach for the day. The manager on duty at that time greeted us with a smile as soon as we stepped in the door. She was in the middle of several others being served but wanted to make sure we were acknowledged. She took care of two other customers in front of us, helping them through their order quickly and efficiently, and her demeanour and personality were both at a high level. The atmosphere stayed joyful the whole time we were there. She was organising the other staff and ensured that people were being taken care of in order and in a timely manner. Our order came out as requested, everything was warmed up to perfection, and the cold brew was as I wished. The dining area was very clean as well, with a choice of seats for us. I will go out of my way to go there more often when I am nearby. It is a special place that i appreciate...

I usually give food and beverage establishments the benefit of the doubt. Especially during holiday season.
However I am not amused at all with my expletive today at this Dunkin store firstly my order was rung up wrong and I was over charged $9.56!!!
When I approached nicely and said “ I’m sorry but this is wrong can I have it corrected” the employee said yes no problem then the “MANAGER” approached the situation completely wrong. She was grunting at me and said here’s your money sir “ ok thanks” as I move on to stand and wait on my order she’s discussing the matter and grunting and laughing....
“REALLY DUNKIN THIS IS A MANAGER?”!!!!!!!!!!
Anyhow we get back on I-95 to continue me our journey and notice half of our order is missing from the bag!!!!!!!!
