Many many of us out there know that feeling of anger, disappointment and wanting to get the manager on the phone ASAP to "make it right" (lol) when you rush thru a fast food establishment, neglect to check your order. Maybe you're in a bit of a time crunch... It happens. So you don't realize until you get home or wherever you may be...that they left out, at times, quite a few items! Again keep in mind, you have already paid for this food 🤷🏼♀️ Not only that, but if you were also getting food for others, especially children (I know I know. Children shouldn't be eating fast food plus I don't have any, plz don't come at me,lol) unless you're only a very short distance from the restaurant, don't mind driving back up there AND their manager is an understanding and believing person who takes their job seriously and understand's that in the food service industry the common practice is that the customer is always right and therefore won't insinuate that you're just attempting to get some free food. It's happened. Wow, I really got carried away on this one lol! All this to say that I can honestly say that in 25+ years of service from this particular Taco Bell they have ONLY ONCE in all these years forgotten one, small item. When I called I told them it wasn't a big deal but I did want to let them know, and give em my name so I could get it replaced the next time we came in. No lie... Before I could even finish saying what happened, she said "don't you worry about it sweetie. Bring your receipt in and will redo the entire order for no charge!" She held to her word and not only replaced the whole order but told my husband and I to order anything else we wanted... Also at no charge. 😊💯 That's some good customer service right there 👍🏼 Needless to say, we ate great that night 😊 Looong story short, the point is that for nearly two decades now I haven't checked my order after leaving the drive thru, because it's always...
Read moreI ordered my meal (a Chalupa) 3 days ago and when I picked it up it was cold and hard to chew...like rubber. I went to get a replacement and the manager, Lee, was rude but approved the replacement. THAT Chalupa was ALSO rubbery to bite and was cold. I called to complain and Tee, the GM apologized and said she would replace the order. I went into the Taco Bell this time. I stood behind a customer and waited to be helped. A woman cleaned around her register but stated she had just started and couldn't take our order. So...we waited longer. From the counter we could hear several employees being told that front counter needed assistance. No one came. Finally, Lee, slowly walked towards the counter bring very rude. He NEVER washed his hands after leaving the cooking area, took the guy in front of me's order, took his money and went to cook AGAIN...never once washing his hands. At this point I was livid. Finally, the GM Tee came over to listen to my complaint in person. She remembered our conversation and said she would make my order fresh. I showed her the pic of my awful Chalupas and showed how it looked nothing like the pic or how I remembered it awhile back. She said that the company changed the breading for this taco 6 months ago and if I wanted it like the photo in the store, I had to request it be cooked "longer". I also explained that Lee, the manager, had an ugly attitude and had very poor sanitary practices because he NEVER washed his hands. The guy in front of me said...yeah, I noticed...
Read moreAt 9:40 p.m. me and my girlfriend walked in we ordered two number 4 crunch wrap combos.. and one extra crunchwrap on the side as soon as I receive them I checked them because they felt very skinny and skimped out only one of them was done correctly the other two barely had any ingredients at all I nicely asked the cashier to have them swapped out and have them done right... She went back and got the person who did my crunch wraps and he immediately came up with an attitude and asked me what was wrong with it I kindly explained to him what was wrong with it showed him the good one to compare... He snatched the bag fluid in the trash can with an attitude and proceeded to the back to make my food.. at that point I asked the cashier to just give me the money back I was going to go somewhere else I didn't like the way he treated us and she got her manager.. the manager told me that she couldn't refund my money and I told her absolutely not she would refund my money I was not going to pay for that food and service.. she immediately gave me attitude to started raising her voice... I calmly asked her to calm down and that she had to give me my refund... After a few words exchanged back and forth she finally decided to give me the money back and I kindly left... The manager as well as one of the employees both had quick temper and bad attitudes.. not to mention poor work ethics an attention to the portions of the meals I won't speak on the behalf of all the staff but it makes me not want to...
